Fantastic work! They cleaned a rug with a red stain from a drink that surely had red food coloring in it. They were professional, friendly, and absolutely terrific. They picked it up and brought it back looking brand new. Very impressed!

I was not ready for Mike when he arrive because I had forgotten about the appointment. However, I didn't have much furniture to move but Mike pitched in and helped. I was impressed with his professionalism and how he patiently explained to me the process he would go through to clean my carpet. Most of the carpet has been under an area rug since we purchased it a couple of years ago so we had very clean carpet underneath. When Mike had finished the work you could NOT see a difference between the exposed carpet and the carpet protected under the rug. (A much different experience I had with other carpet cleaning companies.) The carpet was dry within an hour. As with another reviewer, I initially thought the price was a bit high. However the results justify the higher price. I was so impressed with Mike and his work that I signed up for their carpet cleaning maintenance program. It's an excellent program and something you should consider as you bring them out to clean your carpet.

The owner's father did the work. He spent a long time (hour plus) finding all the pet stains and discussing how to deal with them. We decided to not pull up any carpeting and just treat from the top and see how it went. He did a beautiful job. He was able to address all the stains, the smells from some especially bad areas are all gone. I am very pleased with their work. I gave them a B on price, since it was rather expensive, but I'd pay it again to get the results I got.

Eric arrived a few minutes before the Scheduled appointment. He walked through our entire house with my husband and me discussing how the cleaning process works, drying time, their products, taking a look at specific stains, what our expectations should be once the cleaning is done. We sidetracked his consultation a couple of times to ask questions about upholstery and rugs we want cleaned in the future. Once in agreement with the consultation and quote Eric cleaned the carpets. What an amazing experience from a service company. Eric was knowledgeable, professional, patient (with all our questions) and so personable. One might ask, "Well isn't that what a customer should expect?" The answer would be Yes, but frequently it's not the case. While cleaning the carpets Pure Clean is careful not to damage furniture, the stairs, would trim, etc. He used padding and was careful to watch where the hose was pulling through the house so nothing would be knocked over. Our carpets looked amazing and we will use Pure Clean's services again in the future. Please note I chose N/A on the pricing because we never shopped the price. Neighbors had used and recommended Pure Clean and that was good enough for us.

Process went well. Pure Clean was prompt, on time, courteous, and professional. Gave me a (requested) quote for additional work before starting. Completed the work in short order with no serious impact to my day. Would definitely use them again.

They are very good, prompt, and efficient. They do a very nice job and I will use their services again. However, they are more expensive in comparison to other carpet cleaning companies in the area.

They wore booties when they came into my home. They had good communication and offered a fair price.

Overall, I have no issues with the actual services performed. The reason I rate my overall experience a C is that though I purchased the coupon in February (i.e. paid in advance) I was still charged at the time of service. Neither Vince nor I realized that it had been pre-paid, and I happily gave Vince a little extra for being on time and doing a great job. The next Monday the thought occurred to me that I had pre-paid and I went back and verified my credit card statement that I had and emailed the owner, Ben, who checked into it and promised a refund of my previously paid money. A week and a half later, still no check. I emailed Ben who promised he would have it done that day. A week later, still nothing. When it had almost been three weeks, I emailed again and again was promised it would be done that day. A week later...nothing. Not an update, not an "it has been mailed", not an "I'll deliver it personally since this has taken so long". Yesterday, it had been over a month and still no refund so I called and finally got a confirmation that the check had been mailed. Though the actual carpet cleaning service was great, the service I received after the fact to fix an issue left much to be desired. Knowing that, it makes me feel like this is one of those companies I will only use once since I can't trust that any potential future issue would be resolved quickly. Update: Pure Clean offered me a $25 off voucher for any future service. I decided to give them another try on another Angie's list deal. When the service tech showed up and I asked about the voucher, he said it would only apply to work other than through Angie's List coupons, so I asked what else he could do. The minimum amount of work he would do to honor the $25 voucher was $150, so I obviously said no. Also, the first cleaning I did which was the same price and same ad as the second deal was a different service all together. On the first visit, the tech used hot water extraction on my carpets which left them very clean and removed most of the stubborn pet stains we wanted to get out. On the second visit, all the tech did was spray my carpet down and use an agitator, which did little more than a layer of Febreze and two rounds of vacuuming would have done. In short, for the same price as hot extraction, they skimped on the service and wouldn't let me use the coupon they offered me unless I spent double what they came out for. I won't be using them again. Update: despite requesting that they stop contacting me via email several times, I continued to receive emails for six months. Each time, I unsubscribed and each time I would just receive emails from a different Pure Clean email address. It took multiple increasingly annoyed requests for it to finally stop almost a year after my last service and many months after my first request for no contact.

I purchased a "Big Deal" for this cleaning. At first I contacted them through their website and didn't hear back, so I called, and Ben answered right away and was ready to book the job. They found a time that worked around my son's nap time with no problem. The day of the cleaning, Vince got caught in some traffic and called to let me know he was going to be a little late, which was no problem. Vince had to take 405 during the morning rush hour, it happens. Vince was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The carpets were spotless after the cleaning job. We let the living room and dining room carpets dry for about 24 hours before we moved the furniture back. We needed to use the hallway ASAP, so Vince used a process that apparently involved some sand and after about 20 minutes the carpet was clean and dry. This cost $45 more, but Vince had to do more work and he had to stick around and wait for the carpet to dry, so the additional charge was reasonable and worth it to us. The best part was that there was no shampoo scent or chemical odor.

Great. Called & left msg with requested service date. They called back and said okay. Showed up right on time. Cleaned the carpets & out the door.

Scheduling the service was quick. Ben was very helpful and responsive. He had an opening within days that worked with my schedule as well. Ben's communication and confirmation of the appointment was excellent and thorough. I was told that I would be called about 30 minutes prior to the appointment - and I was. Arrival time was within the window given. Eric's communication and professionalism definitely met/exceeded expectations.And most important of all....my carpets look excellent!

Prompt, courteous, professional. Results were far better than expected. Carpet looks new.

They came and cleaned the carpeting in a timely manner. The clean area rugs were returned in less than two weeks. That was fine as the rooms were being painted. We got the platinum upgrade and we have not had any problems with stains.

I called, left a message that I needed service this week. They called right back and were there in a few days. They arrived early, did the job efficiently and had a lot of pride in their work. The carpets look brand new. I will call them in a few months to do the basement. Very happy.

Poor. They tried to help, but in the end it was time consuming and a huge waste of time. UPDATE: Ben contacted me after I posted my review. He was concerned about the poor rating. I believe that he truly wants to provide good customer service. I agree that this was a difficult situation for both of us. During our interaction, Ben's behavior was both courteous and professional. As a result, I have increased the ratings in those areas. He also arranged for me to receive a refund so I changed the overall rating from an F to a C. This was for hardwood floor refinishing and no service was performed.

I had so many questions. They were so patient from the very first phone call. When the tech arrived, I wanted to know how this tool worked, and I was skeptical about if it was just a gimmic, but it beeped very clearly in certain spots, and went crazy where my puppy obviously could smell it. I had a later in the day appt. and did not want it to take too long, so they accomodated by having 2 super efficient guys. I have never seen my carpets look so clean. I have used many different companies over the years and even a few years ago, bought my own bissell in order to save $$ on carpet cleaning. My Bissell did ok, but nothing compared to the Pure Clean results. My 23 yr. old son, just home from college, was listening to the discussions about what treatment options I had and the costs, etc. After the job was done, and we paid, my son basically tried to tell me that I paid way too much. I did tell him that it was a bit higher than I have paid for carpet cleaning, but, if it was successful in removing the smell, we would know pretty soon. Ya' know how usually when a carpet stain is removed and then, a few weeks later, it shows back up again? Well, there were 2 spill stains that are absolutely gone with no signs of returning. The puppy simply lays on the carpet and has not seemed at all interested in soiling there at all :) They left a spray bottle of cleaner, for "if" I had any spills to take care of between carpet cleanings. I recently moved a bed upstairs, to find some kind of stain that I was unaware of, and had no idea what it was.............I sprayed on their cleaner, blotted...........with one more spray and blot, it came out at least 90%. I was impressed. Overall, I now wish that I had added 1 more service, which was some kind of treatment after they clean that repels stains in traffic areas, only because I want to preserve how clean these carpets look. I will definitely call them again and refer them to my friends and family.

Representative was on time and cleaned 4 areas for me. I have been in my house 10 years and had not had the carpets cleaned so they needed it. I had my family room cleaned in January by another company who I thought had done a decent job however there were still visible spots and filtration lines when the carpet dried. When the representative from Pure was done, I could not believe it. All filtration lines and dirty areas were gone. He also used a carpet rake when complete to fluff up the carpet. The next day when dry, no spots re-appeared and the carpet was new again! I was truly impressed - definitely a step up from the other company I used for downstairs. A couple things to note. I had asked for a $150 special on their site, but was upsold to the next level package so the rep could spend more time and effort getting out the filtration lines and also carpet protection in the office and landing. I was ok with the extra cost given the quality and that the carpets had not been cleaned before. Also, I did notice one area of my baseboard molding had a visible dent I assume from the equipment banging against it. I will contact Pure again for future carpet cleaning because of the quality job they did and have recommended them to my friends.

Other than some communication issues the day of the service (the technician gave different input than the estimator) the coating they used worked as advertised. The owner was very responsive to our concerns. Just make sure the estimator sees the worst part of the flooring and consults with a technician or the owner to make sure that the process can be done on your floors.

I wasn't sure whether the brown spots on the stairs were going to come out, but the stairs looked amazing after Pure Clean was done with them! Very impressed.

They came out the same day I called. Professional, efficient, communicated time arrival well. Informed us well on their product. Finished product was a excellent job on carpet cleaning for a 3 bed, hall, & 2 great rooms. They worked incredibly fast. A few bad stains were removed & some concerns with some problem areas were addressed in a courteous manner. I went through a few others on angies list before I got to them, I would recommend you start with them!
