It went very well. Mikel came on Saturday at the appointed time and was done in less than two hours.

The company was very prompt in contacting me to set an appointment, and the technician arrived on time & was very professional and thorough. He did a great job - carpets look great and he finished quickly yet was thorough. The additional services I paid for were reasonably priced and I would use them again in the future without any hesitation.

The carpets look awesome! They are old carpets, so it is a challenge to clean them. There were a couple of gliches (it took longer than expected for the runner to be cleaned), but my overall experience was very positive.

Aarrived on time and looked over area. Carpets were very dirty as this had been a rental home before we purchased. Since we were going to be moving in on the next day we added protection package. The only part we were not clear on was stairs. These are not considered in sq ft of areas, but cost is $5/ stair. It would be better if this was mentioned in ad. Still it was very affordable and they did excellent job getting the stains out of carpet.

Thought I would try out this company with all of there good reviews, and they had a special going on. Mykel was very friendly and professional. He was very pleasant to work with. He did a good job on the carpets, and they did take a little longer to dry than quoted (still wet after 8 hours). I would work with this company again, but I am still getting over the sticker shock of the price we payed. We do have a large home, but I might go back to Stanley Steamer as they are a little more reasonable and do just as good a job. Even with the $150 3 room special with protector in one room, we still payed over $760 overall....

First, I was late scheduling this appointment as my deal had expired - when I mentioned this during scheduling it was not a problem; they agreed to honor the deal. The rep arrived on time as scheduled. We reviewed the areas in question and discussed options. Some time was then spent while the rep calculated additional costs for extras (extra area and stain guard treatment). The rep encouraged signing up for a maintenance plan; but was respectful when I declined. He then proceeded with the actual cleaning, which he performed quickly and competently. Most stains were removed (including some I did not expect to come out). They even gave us a bottle of carpet cleaner spray for accidental spills. (which I have had the opportunity to use since, and it worked well.) There were a few marks on the baseboards, but this came off pretty easily with a rag. While I didn't sign up for the maintenance plan, I would use them again for service as needed.

Smooth. I did move what I could of furniture before he came, as well as knickknacks and such. But when he arrived (and we live in a condo) he was able to easily bring the equipment up the elevator, get the job done and go in a short while. Very nice.

They showed up on time and work really hard to get my carpet cleaned. I also purchased some extra services on site after seeing them doing such good job for cleaning the basement. Will hire them again for sure.

They were very helpful and answered every question. I was un-able to use the deal because we are moving to a home with all hardwood floors.

One man came and he worked very hard. He showed up within the window of time he gave me. I have cream colored carpets through my entire house and he cleaned 3 rooms and also my stairs for a little bit extra, as stairs are more time consuming. They were upfront about the cost of the stairs so there wouldn’t be any surprises when they finished. He did the best carpet cleaning, on my stairs, I have ever seen.

I couldn't be happier with the results! My carpet looks like new again, and a large spot, which 2 other cleaning companies failed to remove, was gone! I was also impressed with PureClean's Eco-Friendly Accreditations--Green Seal Certified Products, Chemical-Free Rinsing, All Eco-Friendly Products. I love the citrus-scent of the all-natural cleaners (plant and fruit based) that were used. My house smells so clean and fresh! I repeat, I couldn't be happier with the results of the carpet cleaning, and I highly recommend PureClean.

They damaged the rug and they took it back and repaired it at no charge. Overall the service was good.

Michael from PureClean cleaned the Berber carpet in my basement today, and did a great job. He was very professional and helpful, and did the job promptly. He arrived within the service window, and got right to work. The carpet came out very nice, and since it had been quite a while since I'd had it cleaned, I opted to have him apply PureGuard as well. This was a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend them in the future.

The service tehnician (Mykel) was right on time and thoroughly explained the process prior to beginning. We have off-white carpeting that had some stains in heavy traffic areas and from spill accidents. He pre-treated all areas before the cleaning and took special care with the areas with stains. We were glad that their process does not use soaps or other chemicals in the cleaning process. The carpet turned out beautiful and looks like new again. We were very impressed and pleased with the care he took and the way the carpet looked when he was done. We would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to our neighbors and friends who need their carpets cleaned.

This is a family owned business, and the owner's brother performed the cleaning. Both he and the scheduling person were very professional and courteous. The carpet we were having cleaned was very dirty, and we couldn't tell if we needed to replace it. After Pure Clean was finished, the carpets looked great and there was no chemical smell. We were glad to discover we didn't need to re-carpet the house!

Mykel did a fantastic job! All the problem areas were taken care of and overall, the carpeting looked brand new. He was very efficient and professional and did nothing more than what was agreed on. We are very pleased with Pure Clean and Mykel in particular. We would not hesitate to use this company again and would certainly recommend them to family and friends. We are very impressed by ork done.

Vince arrived on time and completed the job in the time he estimated after doing the walk through to see exactly what areas needed to be cleaned. When he was finished the carpets were cleaner than after any other carpet cleaning service we have used in the past.

Timely follow up and a great job with the carpet cleaning. The pickup was as scheduled as was the completed work.

We hired Pure Clean to clean the tiles in our home after a very disappointing experience with a different cleaning company. I was so impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and friendliness of Eric, that we actually extended the scope to include the cleaning of all carpet flooring in the house. These guys use modern equipment, know what they are doing, work efficiently and are results driven. I give my highest recommendation to Pure Clean.
