PureClean

A PureClean representative contacted me promptly after securing the special service with the company. She was informative and courteous, answering my many questions as to whether PureClean could effectively remove cat urine patches on an antique Asian area carpet. Additionally, my carpet is approximately 18'x 12', so a pretty large area to work with. My overall cost was based on the size of my carpet minus the $49.00. I was assured that the company would pick up the carpet at my convenience and that it would undergo a series of baths with shampoos designed to clean and neutralize pet odors and stains without compromising the fibers in the carpet. I was somewhat dubious that after all my efforts with various products promising the same results, PureClean could get the job done. True to their word, the company did a wonderful job with the carpet and I am pleased to say there is no more smell. PureClean iis a company I plan to use again when I need carpet or upholstery cleaning services. I am really pleased to find a company whose pricing is fair (nearly half the price of other quotes I received for the same service) and can perform such a good quality of service in a very friendly and courteous manner. So glad they were able to rescue a much treasured old rug!

Fabulous. I am very pleased with Eric's demeanor and professionalism. He explained options, and there was absolutely no hard sell about added services. For example, I decided to get PureGuard for carpets but not for the furniture. I had thoroughlly vacuumed and moved furniture as much as possible before Eric's arrival. He moved a couple of more items. He clearly had great knowledge. I am exceptionally happy with the result.

Great experience, professional and efficient service. They received my call, scheduled an appointment for an estimate, arrived on time, quoted a competitive price, performed the service immediately after I accepted the quote, and took the area carpet to clean at their facility. The carpets still look great a few weeks after the service. Again, professional and efficient. They had solid answers to all my questions and concerns.

It went very well. Mikel was very friendly, professional and informative. He explained exactly what he would be doing, and told me a little bit about the carpeting and how it would react. As previously mentioned, he even found stains that I wasn't aware of and was able to remove them with no problem. I opted for the additional treatment of adding a stain repellent which was an additional $175. It probably took about 15 minutes to spray the stuff on all the carpeting and looking back now I'm not sure it was worth the additional cost but time will tell. I used an Angie's List coupon for $119 for 3 rooms. It seemed that even with the coupon it was a bit pricey but I admit I didn't do that much research as time was of the essence, so maybe my "B" grade for price is off. Overall, I had a very good experience with Mikel and PureClean and would recommend them without hesitation. The carpeting was noticeably cleaner and "fluffy."

We were very pleased and impressed with the Pure Clean service. Brandee, who called to set up the appointment and followed up with e-mailed instructions on how to prepare for the service visit, was cheerful, efficient and thorough. The same may be said of the technician, Mike. He arrived early in the two-hour service window (9 to 11) and proceeded to do a thorough job that left our nearly-40- year-old carpets looking and smelling fresh and clean.

The technician was friendly, courteous and punctual. In addition to an overall carpet cleaning, we had several high traffic areas and spots from dog accidents to deal with. Our tech took extra care with those areas, and everything looked great and smelled fresh afterwards. Our two oriental rugs were cleaned off-site and returned promptly. I was nervous about one of the rugs, which was old and very valuable, but was pleased that both had been properly cared for; they were thoroughly cleaned and dry and were nicely wrapped. The colors were vibrant and the pile was velvety-soft -- just in time for the holidays. We were very happy with Pure Clean and would use this company again.

The work went well and they performed very well.

Very responsive, punctual, and professional. Did not try to hard sell additional services such as treating carpets for stains. I am very pleased with the result compared to experiences with other carpet cleaners. After several days, the nap is still up and traffic patterns have not significantly reappeared. Drying time is a little longer than they generally indicate but the carpets aren't soaked either so you can use the rooms...we just waited to put things back in place until they were totally dry. I would definitely use them again. They are family owned which is appealing to me.

The carpet cleaner arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgable and kind. He listened to what I needed, did a great job and was finished quickly. I am very pleased.

As mentioned above, the person arrived at the time they said they would. I showed him the floors to be cleaned, and he ask whether I would like sealant applied after the grout was cleaned. When I showed him the carpeted stairs and long hallway to be cleaned, he said the space was over 100 square feet, and there would be an additional charge. The coupon only mentioned a 'free' room of carpet cleaning, so I was caught off-guard for that cost. It took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to clean both the ceramic floor and carpeted areas, which is the time he said it would take. The floors definitely looked much better after the cleaning.

Great experience! Our carpet was downright nasty and they made them look new. I would recommend this company to anyone in a heart beat.

Overall, it was a positive experience. The person arrived late, but the carpets looked great after the cleaning. Long-standing stains were gone, and there was no odor or dampness when I returned home.

Pure Clean was fabulous. They were very professional and did a great job. My floors were really, really dirty and they looked beautiful afterwards. He was a little late for the appointment, but called and let me know that he was running late. I would definitely use them again.
