PureClean

PureClean experience was good. They were really nice and they moved furniture because I was pregnant and my husband just had shoulder surgery. So that was nice of them. They came December. I thought the prices were good. He did what I wanted him to do. We were supposed to move the furniture like the big stuff but we couldn't because I would pregnant and my husband had shoulder surgery. He moved a lot big stuff for us.

Very pleasant young man cleaned the carpets. He was quick and very thorough.

They were on time and got the work done without any question in 1 hour. We are very happy with the results.

Their service was good. They were just kind of in between. They did what they said they would do, and they did it well. Their pricing was reasonable. They were very professional, and they explained what they were going to do. However, they could not do any more than they did. I do not feel comfortable giving them an endorsement.

I received prompt service, with quick pickup and return delivery of carpets. Staff were personable and professional, both those on the phone and the fellow who transported the rugs. One carpet was quite clean, but the other seemed a little less so, although it was cleaner than when it left the house. I'd had it cleaned a year ago by D. A. Burns, and it came back looking like new (and it was 3 years old). However, the rug did have another year of use/spills on it this time, and perhaps my expectation that it would look like new was not realistic.

They were great. We were selling our house and we had moved to California. He came and did a spectacular job of cleaning old rugs and carpets, so they really looked brand new. The carpets were 12 years old. They were prompt, professional and really nice guys. They did a fabulous job. The price was good, it was reasonable for what they did. It was not the cheapest and not the most expensive. They do a lot of work. They did the stairs and the house had three floors. They did bedroom carpets, office carpets, family room carpets and basement carpets. It could have been $500.00 it was because of all the different things we needed. They had big deal and they honor their big deal.

Pure Clean arrived on time. They toured all the spaces, measured the areas and provided a quote to do the job then and there. Very professional. Did a great job! Would hire them again!

We were not told that there would be a charge for moving the furniture. We got the infamous "carpet protection" upsell and ended up paying more than twice what we'd expected. They were very nice and professional but why do carpet cleaning companies feel like they're one step above used car salesmen? Response to PureClean's response: The service is likely under my partner's name. She is not listed on my Angie's List membership. I don't understand the reason why you can't find our address in your database since you did come to our home and cleaned the carpets as we prepared to sell. Are you just trying to be misleading? I'm happy to post the receipt and other documentation from your company. My partner spent quite a bit of time on the phone with your office to work out the furniture moving piece of the deal so it's interesting that you can't remember servicing our home. You continue to send me emails to try to interest us in another round of carpet cleaning. I've tried unsuccessfully to unsubscribe to these emails. I find it curious that you can't "find" any documentation about us.

It went well from start to finish. They worked with me to find a time that fit my schedule and got the work done in the time that I had allotted between my other commitments.

I used Angie's List to find someone to clean our Berber carpets and was not disappointed. Workers arrived within the hour window of arrival time as promised. They were very personable and friendly. I had an Angie's List coupon for cleaning the carpets in 3 rooms. Before starting any work, they gave me a quote on adding an extra services that I wanted. I never felt pressured to purchase any of the extra services - some of which I did purchase and some of which I did not. All the extra services do add up however. I don't know how their costs compare to other companies. When they were cleaning the carpets, they showed me a comparison "before" and "after" section of the carpet so I could see the difference that the cleaning made. It was AMAZING - and kind of gross when you think of it. I thought our carpets were dirty but OK - after seeing them clean again - I realized how dirty they actually were. In the past, I have tried to clean Berber carpet with my own home carpet shampooer but was never successful - the carpet looked dirtier after I shampooed it than it did before. This was definitely the way to go - the carpets look practically brand new. My only disappointment was at the end when they offered me a $15 discount if I would write a review for Yelp - whenever a company does that, I feel like they are trying to "buy" my review so I declined to do so. Other than that, it was a great experience and I would definitely use them again.

Great! Really discussed the treatment. Carpet looks amazing and there was almost no soap or chemical smell. Dried the next day, even in cool weather.

I bought the Angie's List deal for tile cleaning after talking with PureClean about our tile floors. Eric came to assess the tile and although he said during the phone conversation that terracotta would be fine for them to clean, upon inspection he said he didn't feel that PureClean could handle the job well as the floors really needed to be stripped of polish first. He that I would probably not be happy with the results. He said he would get back to me with an estimate in case I wanted to go ahead anyways. I didn't hear back for a couple weeks and never got a followup on having the tile done. When I called back, Ben graciously allowed me to take the tile coupons I had already purchased and apply it to carpet cleaning. It took a couple more calls to get scheduled--I was out some of the times, and they were booked other times. Our carpets were very dirty and the job was great. Lots of dark spots that looked like they were permanent were removed with the pre-spotting treatment. The carpets cleaned up very well and the work went quickly and smoothly. I would say my only criticism is that when the furniture was moved to clean underneath it, foam blocks were used to elevate sofas, etc. so they wouldn't dent the carpet surface, but the furniture was out of its usual position. Because the furniture was not in its usual place, we now have weight dents in various odd spots in the family and media room. I was given some free spot cleaner and brochures about treating for additional stains/spills in the future. They also sent an email copy of the invoice which is handy, and an email message requesting my followup feedback to make sure everything they did was to my satisfaction.

Overall it went great! They aren't the cheapest but I think they are worth it! It has been 4 months and the carpets still look great!

The rugs were cleaned very well and the man who did them was very professional. However, even though I bought the special deal from Angie's List, the whole thing ended up costing me more money than I had expected to pay.

Great experience all the way around. The carpets look fantastic, plus the service was friendly and helpful. We chose to upgrade our service, but didn't feel pressured to. We enjoyed working with PureClean and will be using them again.
