PureClean told us what they'd recommend, and did not pressure us into any "add on" sales. The representative was low key, and shared plenty of facts about carpet life, and care, and about the system they use, and why it's unique. They use no chemicals- just extremely hot water/steam- and viola!! I would think this is a very healthy and safe way to clean carpets if you have small children that still crawl on floors, or pets that are on the floor!! The final protective treatment is also equally safe and should last for 12 -18 months. The living room carpet looked so good we didn't even want to move our furniture back into the room. (We did move everything we could possibly move out in advance, and left everything out of the room until we felt the carpet had dried completely - about 5 hours...) There was only one person here to do the job, so if you need furniture moved, you should talk to them about it before you have them come over to do your work. You want to get the most out of this great carpet cleaning as possible! VERY SATISFIED!!!

Scheduling the service via email was fast and easy. The appointment time window was 11am-1pm. Vince, the technician, arrived at 11:30 and was done a little after noon. The house only has 2 carpeted rooms so it was a quick job. The carpets look and smell great. There were a couple bad stains from a very old cat that have disappeared. After seven hours of drying in 85+ degree heat (no a/c in this house), the stains are not visible.

It went well. They had a high level of professionalism and paid great attention to detail. Furthermore, the rugs came back in much better shape.

I bought the big deal of $119 for 3 areas of carpet cleaning. Normally I rent a machine which works great but I thought I'd splurge since I have been really busy. I needed two bedrooms and a small hallway with stairs cleaned. The person showed up and immediately began the upsell. Apparently the big deal doesn't cover stairs. It would be nice if they had discussed this over the phone. He was shocked at what I wanted and said that they normally charge $200 just to come to Seattle. Well I had no idea they weren't based in Seattle and the big deal shows no limitation on service area. He basically made me feel like I was ripping him off if I didn't pay another $105 to do our stairs ($7 a stair). I think he put in a minimal effort because I was not buying more and had pre-paid. Simple stains were still there. I will attach pictures. The grade of a D instead of an F is pure charity.

They were great. They did a great job. It was great. They were good. They were helpful, friendly, and great service.

The end result was good. Vince was professional, courteous and efficient. However, the day didn't start off too well. Although it was confirmed via email and telephone that a specialist will be out between 11:00-13:00, he didn't arrive. I waited until 11:30 and called the scheduler, who wasn't aware what happened. She did quickly phoned him and found out that he wasn't going to make it because he lost track of time taking care of another customer, so Vince was quickly dispatched and arrived by 12:00. I was a bit disappointed regarding the mishap, but everything else including the initial phone call to schedule the appointment, what I can expect and the follow-through was good. I would give Pure Clean another chance, and hopefully this time everything will be as great as I anticipate.

They cleaned the carpets in two rooms and in a hallway. The technician was very communicative. He answered all my questions, educated me on carpet care and made suggestions for future carpet care. I liked that very much. He communicated very well and very clear to me.

I had moved all the furniture before the cleaners arrived, so the cleaning went very smoothly. It took a little longer than I expected - so the front door was open to the cold air - next time, I think I will get the carpets cleaned when it's warmer. I think that the individual doing the cleaning was very thorough and did a nice job of explaining the additonal costs needed to deal with some pet staining and the extra cost for the stairs - but I was not happy about the extra time it took to begin the cleaning process - due to a long cell phone call. I was pleased with the final product and will most likely use the company again.

Overall, the service was good and we were very happy with the result. However, the initial deep cleaning at the site of our dog's accident did not work the first time. This was a little disappointing because it should not have been a surprise and the appropriate/best equipment was not used the first time. On the positive side, after receiving my phone call, they showed up the very next day with different equipment and were able to get the stain out (no additional charge). Good recovery! Whatever alternate machine or cleaning solution they brought the second time did the trick and the carpet smelled like new. We we pleased with overall experience in the end and appreciated PureClean's willingness to address our concern and would use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for $199 but I knew I needed a larger area cleaned, so I actually called and asked some questions before purchasing it. They were very helpful about explaining how to make the most of the coupon. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and professional, and they were able to schedule our appointment within a few days. They were late arriving, but apologized and they were thorough enough with our job that the tardiness did not seem unreasonable. We have been doing major remodeling and haven't cleaned our carpets in quite awhile (I was under the impression that carpet cleaning hurts the carpets, which apparently is completely wrong if the cleaning is done properly!), so our family room carpet looked like it would have to be replaced but we were hoping to put it off for a few months. It is the main entrance to the house from the garage and the backyard, and it is right off the kitchen, so there was a traffic pattern that looked really bad on the light carpet. They made it look so much better--it's not perfect but it really isn't that noticeable, and we are not in a big hurry to replace it now! We have allergies so we added in a dust mite treatment as well. I felt like it helped, and the house also smelled better--after all of the construction and dust everywhere, it was so exciting to have the carpets look and smell (almost) like new. Their claims about the superiority of their cleaning method seem to be accurate. It seemed expensive, but the extra treatments add a lot to the cost so, as I recall, that is why it ended up being so much. However, it was the best carpet cleaning that we have every had, the carpets were just damp when they left, the carpet looked really good, and they didn't overspray the treatments onto the furniture, which I have had happen before. I plan to use them again.

They came on time. He said he would clean for the price we paid but he had all these other extras that were going to cost a lot more and then he cut the price on the extras so we did do some of them but it ended up costing more than we have anticipated. There was no problem getting it scheduled. My husband says he thinks we paid an extra $240 but that did include the stairs. However, their stair price was $7 a stair and I think I'd been told it was $5. You should pay close attention to the price and all the extras. See if you can get that all figured out first and what you want done because we had definitely not anticipated that.

I ended up paying more than the deal because he did a lot of up-selling.

It went very well. No problems. I still don't have the rug down, because I have a dog in season. But it looks very clean. They were very professional.

I purchased the special on Angie's list. Contacted PureClean via email. Received a response within 24 hours. The initial email give me a couple of options for time and dates for the cleaning. Very easy to schedule. They arrived on time and gave me a quote for all the additional areas. I also received an additional discount for cleaning the stairs. They pre-treated the stains and cleaned all the carpets. The entire job took about 3 to 4 hours, the carpets looked great. I was very impressed with the work they did. All the stains caused by my cats and people were removed. The finish product they put on the carpet is working very well. Spills are staying on the top of the carpet for several minutes, giving me the time to get them up before they stain the carpet. The carpets were dry in 4 to 5 hours. I asked that they email me the receipt and a couple of days later noticed that I had been overcharged for one service. I called and was given a couple of options for the refund. I choose to have them mail me a check. Later thought that might not have been the best choice. However, two days later I received the check with a note apologizing for the error! Excellent customer service. I would recommend them to my friends and will use again when I need carpet cleaning.

Eric removed every last residue of coffee out of my white carpet! And cleaned the rest of the family room carpet beautifully. We called Pure Clean to have the upstairs done the following month, with great results. A great company!

Brandy was beyond helpful on the phone, and fit us in for the very next day. Eric was professional, on time, and did a great job both listening and explaining. The carpets look great, and have dried in less time than I would have expected (less than a day.) Both my husband and I agree we will be Pure Clean customers in the future.

This didn't work out for me because they wanted additional fees. It seemed expensive for the rug.

Arrived late but I was called to be notified and gave the okay. Surveyed job and gave recomendations. Cleaned carpet looks like new (except one old stain of spilled orange soft drink) Slate floor looks new also and now liquids bead up and clean easily. Very friendly and proffesional. The sealed floor took longer than expected to dry and they returned the next day to buff out the extra sealent.

Friendly service, results were good - the carpets looked quite nice afterwards.
