PureClean

The only area for improvement would have been for Pure Clean to have called us to let us know the carpets were cleaned and ready for pick up or delivery. This not an area of disappointment as there was a special going on and the company was probably swamped, and/ or the rugs could have been finished the day I called. Very minor suggestion.

This was our second time using PureClean, and we continue to be very happy with their service. They arrived on schedule and were very professional. Both the tile and grout came out beautifully. Would definitely use their services again.

As soon as they arrived they got right to work looking at the areas that were to be cleaned and giving me a run down on what they would be doing. They worked fast, they were friendly and I am very pleased with the results. They even left me with a big bottle of spot cleaner! I'll definitely use them the next time I need carpet cleaning!

They were on time, examined the areas to be cleaned, made some suggestions for the best results and provided the cost. I think it took about two hours for the entire process. Our carpets look great and were dry by the time we returned from a Red Robin Burger. Very professional in appearance and application.

I wouldn't use them again because I'm starting to get a lot of mail and email. I want to use their service and call them back when I want but I don't want to be on their mailing list. But they were nice and they did an OK job, but I don't like providers who sit you down and say "Well this is what you get for this price but if you want this also than it's this much more money." I don't like it when they inspect something and they say "Oh well that's not included in the big deal. If you want that then it's $35 more." But they were nice people and they really went out of their way because we had a power outage and they still got her and they had their son come later that night. Their emails are their way of selling me more products and they wanted me to keep buying their service and I'm not buying deals on Angie's List to be on their mailing list.

Zeb was very professional and efficient. He was thoughtful and responsive to my questions. He made an extra effort to be sure that I would be happy with the results and I am!! I do plan to hire this service again to clean our carpets. There were no chemical smells either which really made me happy.

They offered an upgrade to Gold or Platinum so I ended up paying an additional $150 for the service on top of the $119 deal price. I wasn't sure if they had put the guard under the sofa so I won't give them an 'A' overall I would give them a 'B'. The guy was personable and I think the business is owned by is brother. Eric is the person who came and he was nice, he came by himself and I am satisfied with his work.

What a great carpet cleaning!!! The best I've ever had. Zeb arrived right on time. He assessed a rather dog-stained carpet and gave me some great advice about dealing with an incontinent dog and my cleaning choices. He was knowledgeable, personable, and enthusiastic. I have never had truck-mounted carpet cleaning done before and was so pleased with how clean Zeb got my carpets. Truly, I was like "WOW!!!" I highly recommend PureClean and I will definitely use them in the future. Clean clean carpets and they dried rather quickly. A+++++ for PureClean

They were not able to get us in for three weeks, but later found an earlier opening for us which we were very happy about. Then, on the day of service, the gentleman who was coming to do the service called to let us know he was available earlier in the day if we were interested in having him come out right away, which was also a plus! The carpets in our bedrooms are white and had not been cleaned in years. Although we have used our home carpet cleaner on the floors, we hadn't had the carpets professionally cleaned in over 7 years. So let's just say that between that and having a couple dogs, and also not being good about taking shoes off in the house, the carpets were looking pretty stained and dingy. The cleaning itself was quick and we were SHOCKED how clean the carpets looked after the cleaner was done. All the stains were gone but one where a painted wicker basket had left a paint stain on the floor. In addition to being very clean again, the carpets have not taken long to dry and there was little to no odor from chemicals in the house. I think my only discontent is that the very edges of the room are still dingy. It is very close to the baseboard so I don't know if he couldn't get those clean because there was no room to do so. I wasn't home at the time of the service and might have remembered to ask him about it at the time had I been there (not sure if my husband did ask). Overall though, I'm very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, expediting my service and the courtesy received from this company. I would definitely use these folks again.

I had never used Pure Carpet cleaning but since my regular carpet cleaner was booked on the dates that I needed, I decided to try Pure Carpet. I needed my stairs, landing, 4 bedrooms and a bonus room cleaned. The bonus room had a particularly challenging stain - a blueberry/spinach/protein smoothie. It was in a very prominent place and I didn't really have high hopes for it's removal. Additionally, we had some tile in the front hall that was looking really dingy and since they said they clean tile, I decided to have them try removing the dirt. I went to run errands and came back and they were happy to inform me that the blueberry stain was gone. They used an iron on it, in addition to their products and their steamer. Overall the carpets looked great. The tile was also much improved. I should have taken a before and after. The employees were super cheerful and had helpful suggestions for future stains.

It went well. They did a good job. It was a little too late getting here because of mechanic problem but that was no big deal since they did a good job. We were happy about it. They were prompt and quick about it. They give good service and provided what I needed.

It was great. As advertised, they were fine and did good work. Everything has been good since.

The process is very simple, in fact so simple I was skeptical it would really work but the carpet looks great. Very little moisture so it dried quickly and absolutely no chemical smell at all. The young man doing the job was a bit late but he called to let me know so not a big deal. Very professional.

They explained what they were going to do very clearly, were very professional, and did a reasonably good job with the cleaning. The only issue was that the smell of the pet stains didn't go away. Ultimately, I had to treat the areas with distilled white vinegar to get rid of the odor.

They arrived promptly and cleaned all carpets in the house as well as the baseboards throughout. They were fast, efficient and did a great job.

Technician showed up on time and was friendly, courteous, and neatly dressed. He went about his assignment in a workmanlike manner and finished the task in good time. He also explained how his company's procedures were different from those of most carpet cleaners, i.e., ionized water instead of harsh detergents. Our great concern was that some of the marks would come back after a few days. (This was our experience with other cleaning companies.) However, this has not happened with Pure Clean's treatment...at least not yet. The cost was a bit pricey, compared to competitors, but if we have a good, long-lasting result, I don't mind the extra dollars. Based on results so far, I would certainly recommend this organization.

They did a good job. They of course wanted to sell more, that was the only negative. They should sell what is good, rather than wait until they get here and then try to sell me a better cleaning. I do not like that, even though is a common practice. It is a negative from a consumer’s perspective. We had already moved our furniture. If they are going to promote that, they will come in and clean your carpet that is what they should do. The price was good; it was fine. What they cleaned was fine. They did a good job. I would probably buy another special and get the same line of we need to sell you more.

Excellent job, as usual - wouldn't use anyone else!

I purchased a deal on Angie's List which offered carpet cleaning service in three rooms and a bottle of stain remover from Pure Clean Carpet Cleaning. The whole process from beginning to end was very smooth. I was able to make an appointment within a week of purchasing the deal and the individual who came to do the service was on time and very professional. He provided me with some sound advise on long term care for my carpets. I also appreciated the quality of the company's website, appointment confirmation e-mails, and the fact that I was e-mailed my invoice/receipt. Overall, I am very pleased with the services I received, at the price I paid, and I would highly recommend and use Pure Clean Carpet Cleaning again!

Both office and serviceman (Zeb) were friendly and efficient, and we got a good thorough carpet cleaning. I've just called back to hire them for a second job.

They were very punctual and polite. They were very amicable to the ins and outs of my house. A former company was not able to get some stains out, but this company was able to get those old stains out of my light colored carpet. I will likely hire them to come and do some upholstery cleaning as well. I will use them again because of the good job they did and I would be happy to recommend them.

Zeb was just great, and since I work from home, I was able to just close the office door. Hubby and I finished moving furniture and area rugs out of way (Oh yes, he cleaned our area rugs too for a nominal charge). We bought this big home with white rugs, and there were noticeable traffic patterns everywhere. The truck volume was amazingly lower in decibels than anyone else's I've ever heard. By closing the windows on the driveway side, I was able to continue working with no problems. Almost all the stains came out, and he explained why there was still some crystallization from the older cat's accidents. BUT, they were 80% gone, a big plus with the white carpet. We are very pleased with the quality and NON-perfume fragrance that came with the cleaning...........we will definitely have him back to do the rest of the house this Fall.

Two very friendly young men reviewed my carpet and made suggestions on the best way to clean. I opted out of most because of needing to restrict my cost. Besides a clean carpet, I found the fibers dryer than my experiences with previous carpet services, and no irritants remained. Past cleaning experiences left my carpet with soap residue that not only tended to collect dirt, but irritated the nose. This was not the case with Pure Clean. I was impressed with the equipment they used. I could see the steam and the strong suction was evident. The suction head made great contact and glided across the rug not disturbing the fibers in the carpet as it did not have a sharp metal edge. It was very suited to the operation, just like a sucker fish on an aquarium glass. Give them a try for a pleasant experience and good results! I bought the Angie's Big Deal for this service.

Technician arrived exactly on schedule and walked through the home to look over what needed to be done. Put together cleaning plan to deal with the pet stains and smells. Cleaning went smoothly, the technician took extra steps to deal with the worst stains and provided spot cleaning treatment for us to continue to use on the worst spots to continue to pull them out of the carpet. Could hardly believe the difference the cleaning made -- carpets looked brand new for the most part afterward. Very happy with the results.
