PureClean

I originally got the Big Deal from this provider for the floor refinishing. I thought refinishing a floor meant sanding it down and putting a new finish on it. But apparently all it means to them it is polishing a slightly worn floor so that it looks refinished. They did refer me to someone else who refinished my floor. But I found out that PureClean charged them a referral fee and that cost got passed on to me. While they were in my house, they kept offering me other services, like grout-painting and carpet cleaning. I did let them clean a carpet of mine. And it didn't take them too long. I liked that they picked it up and returned it to me. But they told me they would clean it with water only. When they brought it back they said that they had used chemicals so the cotton backing wouldn't shrink. Althought I would have said okay, I thought they should have called me and gotten my permission first. I don't have a good feeling about them.

I went with PureClean due to their carpet cleaning process which does not use chemicals. Our carpets were not heavily soiled so I expected them to look great afterwards and they did. However, the price seemed high relative to the time it took to do the job. We live right up the road from PureClean so even with travel time it took less than 2 hours to complete the entire job, and it still cost $375 with the Angie's list discount.

Arrived on time and finished in about 2 hours. Really did a great job with some tough stains. Hose did a little damage to a corner where he was working the stain about 10 feet away. No worries. We will use again.

It went very well. The worker was quick and efficient. He did a great job of explaining exactly what he was going to do, and they he did it. He left us some carpet stain remover.

The technician who came to my house was very professional and did a very good job with the cleaning project. I bought an Angie's List "Big Deal" for cleaning and sealing tile, which covered more square feet of tile than I have in my house. Additionally, I had him clean the carpet in the master bedroom and I upgraded to a seal that lasts 3-5 years, rather than just one year, which was included in the big deal. I thought the job was done well and everything was very clean, but Pure Clean does not move any furniture and the cost for cleaning the carpet was much higher than I usually pay for the same service with another provider, who also moves my furniture for me.

It went really well. Eric showed up at the agreed upon time and walked us through all of our options for cleaning all of the different surfaces. He was very knowledgeable answering my questions and addressing concerns. Given the condition of our carpets (fairly good) he recommended the Gold package, but we went with the platinum package because we have little ones and wanted the sanitation. They care about their reputation, and shows in their work. Courteous and friendly too!

They were prompt in pick up and drop off and responsive. The price was too high and we found a couple of small stains that were not cleaned but over all the carpet looked good and the service was very good.

I was very comfortable with this company. They are family owned and trustworthy. The technician worked very hard to do an overall great job but also took the time to work on stubborn stains from my two year olds Popsicle and ink pen stains. I have used them twice with excellent results. They are my go-to carpet cleaning company.

Arrived on time. Cleaned 3 small rooms well. Charge an extra $5 per stair. That seem a bit steep to me. I could see maybe $2.50-$3. Carpets looked good.

As mentioned by a previous buyer, he did explain that without a sealer application the carpet would become dirty again quickly. The sealer application caused $67 and that brought the cost to an even $200. The deal was for $133. Since that is presented as a necessary part of the cleaning, I think the deal should have been presented as costing $200. I would use this service again because the work was done efficiently and completely to my satisfaction by a professional and friendly man. However, I would ask for a quote that included everything that the service was going to cost. (I do thank them for reminding me to ask that question from any provider.) Paula

Very professional and removed kid and pet stains.

They did the best job! Our carpets have been professionally cleaned several times, but this was the best yet. Several stains that I thought would never come out came out. Left the carpets looking great!

It went well. The carpet looks great, and the service provider was able to remove all of the stains - even pet stains. He arrived early (after calling to make sure that was ok) and throughout he was careful and attentive.

They did a beautiful job. There were additional charge for extra rooms and it was 10% discount but I failed to find out what their regular price was and I though their regular price was a little high. But, they gave very good service. They did exactly what I wanted them to do but I did think that the additional prices for the extra work was high. I am not sure how much of that extra was my fault because I didn't clarify it when I made the appointment but I wished in their prices that they would have given an estimate of how much they would charge per square foot instead of just a 10% discount which was what they gave for the extra stuff. I thought that they were probably one of the more expensive carpet cleaners I've ever dealt with. They came out when they said they would and they did the work what they said they would do. My only trouble with them was the price.

The cleaning went very well. The grout was extremely discolored and dirty -- it was when we moved in. I tried all manner of household cleaning products trying to get the grout clean and finally used Pure Clean after purchasing an Angie's List Deal to buy the service. They arrived promptly and got right to work. The tile and grout were beautifully clean when they were done. I purchased an additional sealing package after discussions with the technician who did the work. They arrived when expected the next day to seal the tile and grout. Here is where we ran into the only snag in the service. After several hours, the sealant was still not dry and standing in puddles on the tile. I called and someone came over immediately to check on it. It turned out they our floor was the first ceramic tile they had sealed with the product and the technician was unaware that it would not sink in and dry as it does on stone tile. He wiped it as was needed for the tile and left. The floor has been so much easier to clean and remains very good looking even several months later.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for $119 which included 3 areas which they normally charge $65 each for. Although it said it included stain removal, I was charged extra for stairs $5 per step, traffic areas, stain protection and pet odor removal. I felt a little "nickel and dimed"...with all of the extra charges, but the carpets do look clean and the traffic area is cleaner than it has looked after other cleaners have cleaned it. The carpet dried very quickly and definitely got it's fluff back. I opted to have an area rug cleaned at their facility in Woodinville but that was $200 extra! It's an old carpet so hopefully they can do wonders for it! I also had them look at cleaning some travertine tile in a bathroom. Eric seemed very knowledgeable and was very nice...a good salesman! Overall I am very happy with the service. The price is a little more than I have paid before but if the carpets look better than it is a good deal! I will use them again.

We'd hired PureClean previously using a Angiel's List Deal to refinish our hardwoods and Eric (owner's brother) did a nice job and gave me an overall good impression of the growing company. We bought another deal this time and paid extra for the additional areas of carpets we wanted to be cleaned. Vince (the owner's father) arrived early and did a great job. It actually turns out our carpets weren't really very dirty after over 4 years of not getting them professionally cleaned and having many house guests of varying ages over the years, but I'm glad for the peace of mind I have now with freshly clean carpets. Because of our drooly son crawling around, Vince elected not to offer stain removal since the solutions they use are very strong and not safe till completely dry. We have a few stains left in the house from the previous owners' cat and some of our own with kids' messes in the house, but the carpets are otherwise clean and we're happy with PureClean's service. I appreciate the safe and thorough cleaning solutions offered by this family business and appreciate the professionalism and friendliness with which they serve. Seems like a neat family and it was nice to meet the patriarch of the Surdi clan this time and hear a bit more about the company's history as well as the growing family.

Ben was great. He explained the entire procedure and made recommendations. Those rugs have never looked (or smelled) so good. He even delivered the rugs back to me himself. I wasn't sure if these old rugs could be safely rejuvenated. Ben put my fears to rest.

Was a little late and took very little time for the job. Price was more than it should have been.

I purchased a coupon for a 3 room clean for 119.00 Beautiful job done and took his time doing it and going over any questions and/or concerns. Left me with complimentary spot remover. When it came time for the bill I was shocked to hear I still owed him 767.00. The additional work included 2 rooms, stairs and a small landing pad at the top of stairs. I did not complain at the time due to the fact that he would email me an invoice and he did do such a nice job and is a very pleasant man. I just thought that was excessive above and beyond the coupon price.

Tried bait and switch upsell on pet spots - would not commit to adequate job for advertized price. Did not move sectional to clean underneath however did some spot cleaning. Overall did not provide an adequate service and I will not use them again.

We were very pleased. We love the process. It doesn't use detergents and it got everything very clean and it leaves it drier than a lot of other carpet cleaning processes that I've had in the past. It's just kind of pricey.

Exactly as expected, on time, presented cleaning options (no hard sell for any of them). Very professional, liked their cleaning apparatus.
