Excellent. It could not have been a better job. Both my wife and I are impressed with the results. More then that, we are impressed with the professionalism and the enthusiasm of the person chosen to do our work. Unfortunately I can't remember his name but he should get a gold star for the work today. I would have given an A grade across the board but they were a bit later than expected but they had a very good excuse. The water pump in their truck that is key to their cleaning process broke down with their first assignment for the day and the whole day got delayed as a result. In no way though does this subtract from my appreciation of a job well done.

I've used Pureclean several times in the past and was always very happy with them. But this last time they came out to clean my carpets I was not happy with the result. I paid for the most expensive package, but they didn't get a pet stain out of my carpet. I used my portable spot cleaner to clean it and the stain came right out. Why would their professional strength carpet cleaner not get out what a spot cleaner could? It makes me wonder how clean they really got my carpets now. Plus they wanted to charge me an extra $1000 to get other pet stains out. Ridiculous.

Joey came on time and explained all our options and went over exactly what he was going to do .Being an Angie's member we were able to use a coupon to get the premium treatment in 3 rooms and we were able to pick the rooms we wanted. We are very happy with the results. I recommend Pure Clean and Joey, they were professional and did a great job.

Brandon was the tech, he was excellent at explaining the prices and processes. He did a great job in just the amount of time he said it would take. Very professional and friendly. The carpet looks great. Would definitely hire them again and recommend to friends!

I have used these guys before and will always have them back. My carpets have never been cleaner and the service has been impeccable. The technology they use is super clean which takes out all the old soap from previous cleaning and somehow revives the carpet while killing all the bacteria. Thank you pureclean!

Fantastic! Don did a great job contacting me before the visit to ensure that the schedule still worked out as scheduled. He came and was very friendly and professional - walking me though the process and politely suggesting some upsell opportunities but also discussed options for future visits. He then started the work, and checked with me each step of the way. He protected my floors and protected my walls, and did a fantastic job. We'l be happy to use them again in the future!

Excellent. The service technician, Eric, was punctual, informative, positive, professional and expeditious in cleaning all of our carpets. There is no strong detergent odor in the house. The carpets dried quickly and look great.

I was very happy with them. They did a great job. Very good price. They came right on time and were very quick to get it done. They did very good. Next time I have carpet cleaning I would definitely call them and use them. I was very happy with them. I would definitely recommend to someone who wants to use them. There were two workers. They were pretty good. It took an hour or so. There were 3 rooms. It was pretty good.

It was great. One person came out and it took about three hours. They left the area clean. They were very professional.

Very well, although I called them a week after I bought the service because I hadn't heard from them. They were very apologetic and said they hadn't gotten notification from Angie. After that, the experience couldn't have been better. At our initial meeting, Peter explained my options and took very seriously my concerns about VOC off-gassing - even showed me the MSDS forms for the products he'd be using. The work was done in two days - 6 hrs to sand and apply sealant, then about 4 hrs the next day to complete the finish. I could have spent more to replace individual damaged boards, but I told him I wasn't looking for perfection and he respected that. The floors look 1000% better than they used to! :)

I called and scheduled an appointment and it was done to accommodate my schedule. The tech, Brandon, arrived on time and was professional. I was worried about a couple of spots in particular on the carpet where our elderly dog had accidents. He used his UV light and tester but informed me the urine had not penetrated the pad. Brandon explained all of my options: Silver, Gold and platinum. I opted for the Gold which used a 'brush' of sorts to lift pet hair from the carpet. $95 per space but worth it for our home. He also did the stairs and sprayed a protectant over it when finished. $5 per step plus protectant ($7 ea. total). I loved that the company has corner guards for walls so the hose doesn't scrape or damage as it's being pulled from place to place. I would recommend this company.

PureClean changed my "beige" carpet to "white" again! Hadn't been cleaned in a LONG time and they brought it back to life. B/c if the level of filth of my carpet, I did need to upgrade from the cheaper "basic" cleaning but it was worth it and their technician worked hard to get it done.

The carpets are looking good. The cleaner was professional and explained everything clearly.

Everything about them was excellent except the price. It was very deceptive. I paid more than the $199 Big Deal cost. I paid almost like $700. They do a really good job, but they are just too expensive.
