Description of Work: We had two living rooms and master bedroom carpets cleaned. They came out very nice; and not left sopping wet. Online appt. scheduling was easy to use; and he arrived right on time. Will be calling again for the next carpet cleaning!

Description of Work: We had Platinum Carpet Cleaning clean our carpet prior to putting our home on the market in October and the final carpet cleaning prior to moving out of the house. Don, the owner, did a perfect job on the carpet cleaning. He was sensitive to our needs and was able to get some really tough stains due to our pet and grandchildren spilling things. I never have to worry about finding another carpet cleaner because we will only call Don to clean the carpet. Don, himself, is a really friendly, honest and reliable person. + -1 moreContact Platinum to clean the carpets online. Made an appointment and received an email reminder. The day of the cleaning I move the majority of the furniture. Don arrived on time. As he had cleaned the carpet before, Don remember the layout. Spray some of the areas where there was rust and pet spots. Carpet were cleaned and look great.

He said that if the area did show that I should give him a call and he would stop by and work on it for free. I paln to do so as it is showing. Friendly, informative and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Description of Work: I regularly clean my carpets but wanted a pro to do some cleaning in some hard areas. Hallways and stairs. This company was well rated on Angie's list and the price was good with a coupon. I was even able to schedule an appointment on line.
