I sense it would have gone well. The survey needs to have a place where people can comment on service that was not performed but the experience went well. I've hired him before and will do so again. He does a very good job and has good prices.

Good but the carpet is old so some areas could not come clean

Don worked for us in the past. He just recently cleaned the carpets in our 3500 sq ft home, and stretched the old carpets in several rooms to extend their time and improve the looks. We were very happy with his work, promptness and professionalism. Recently he gave us tip to care for our carpet that were soaked by the leaked water pipe. Thanks so much, Don.

Cleaned and treated carpets.

Don was great! He was friendly, helpful, and was able to remove stains that I had been told couldn't come out. I will definitely use him again.

Don brought his "neighbor" to help with the carpets. As it turned out, his neighbor did most of the cleaning. Don did very little. The quality was ok, but Don mentioned his neighbor was a previous contractor that used to own his own business. I took him up on 1 of the items he said he could do, and the quality was very poor, and he had to come back several times, which I wasn't told in the beginning. Also, I believe one of them broke a glass pane in my china hutch, and just cleaned up any chips that fell. I didn't notice this for weeks, for I don't use this room much. (Most of broken glass was left in hutch.) Last of all, I have a spot of carpet on my stairs where my cat has used it for a scratching post. I know it looks terrible. Don said how easy it would be to replace this small swatch. He took some carpet out of my closet, where no one would notice. Well, the carpet was a different shade, so didn't match. He then said he might have something at home. He did drop it by later, but still no match. As it turned out, either Don or his neighbor CUT a large line where this carpet was worn by my cat. He tried to convince me to replace the full stair of carpet. I said 'No," and haven't called him back. Now, my cat worn carpet looks even worse than ever since he cut it, thinking he would be replacing it. He made it sound SO EASY. Since I am not happy with the whole ordeal, I will not be calling him back. The "neighbor" wreaked of smoke, plus didn't wear protective covers over his shoes like Don did. I did call Don to tell him the side work the neighbor did was not good, and this was a reflection of his business, since he is the one who allows him to tag along and do some/most all of the work.

He arranged his day around my schedule so that I could get the job I needed in just a few days notice. He was early for the appointment which was amazing. He was friendly and professional.

Don was prompt. He worked with me to move any furniture that needed moving. He even moved his truck from our driveway when I needed to leave for an appointment. See above for more information on what was cleaned. We're delighted with this service.

Awesome job!!!! I would not use anyone else. I called at the last minute to see if he could clean our carpets and he made it work. He showed up exactly when he said he would. We walked through the house to discuss exactly what I needed cleaned. He did everything I asked and was hard working and very kind. He was very thorough and made sure I was happy when he finished. He will always be the one I will call when I need my carpets cleaned!

My overall experience with them was ok.

I have been using Olympic Care Carpet Cleaning Company for years and they have been excellent. I need not be here when they come out. If I’m at work I leave them a note to let my cats out and lock the door when they leave. They do all that for me. I would continue to use them in the future.

I made an appointment for Don to come clean our carpets about a week in advance. The night before, my husband and daughters moved some furniture around to give Don a clear place to work(I found out the first time he cleaned our carpets that he works alone and his ability to move furniture is therefore limited). He arrived on time, got right to work, and was finished very soon. He offers additional services(like stain guard application), but does not do a hard sell-very comfortable to work with.

The carpet in this home is 11 years old and had several stains that other carpet cleaners had not been able to remove. We were always told that there was just no way to remove the coffee, tea and food stains. Don was very successful in diminishing the stains to the point where they are barely noticeable and completly gone in some areas. Our real estate agent guessed that our carpets only look 5 or 6 years old now. Very nice for the resale value.
