Northlake Septic Service

My septic alarm went off at 7am this morning. I didn't know what the darn thing was at first but it was screaming at my loudly. I did some quick research and found it to be my septic system was ready to overflow into my home. I did a quick search on Google looking for the best rated for septic pumping near Woodinville. Northlake was in the results and top rated, and for good reason! Ken came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. I needed a float replaced and both tanks pumped and he was informative, fast, and fair. I'll be calling Ken again in 2 years because I trust him! As per the above, the work was never done. I have had to enter below WHERE the work was done, but that is only the address where it SHOULD have been done.

We called Northlake and they called back and told us they could come out that night. Never showed. We called them the next day. They finally called back the day after that, gave us estimate and we asked them to do the pumping and put in risers for us (access very deep since we live on a hill). A week went by with them missing appointments almost every day. They ended up dropping off the risers, but didn't have time to do the work and promised to be there the next day. They didn't show up again. Called back and said they would be there for sure the following day. Still didn't show. We are calling someone else now and trying to figure out how to get their risers back to them. Completely unprofessional. Rediculous really. We have a giant hole in our yard where we dug up the access that has been a hazard to our kids and pets for two weeks. And we have our daughter's birthday part in less than a week.

I hired this septic tank service a number of years ago and they did the job as required. I recently called them again and Reuben Thompson took my name, home phone number, cell number and told me Brian would call me back for scheduling. I waited several days and never received a call back. I then called Brian, left a message on his answering machine and once again I did not get a call back. Tomorrow (9/8/11) a different septic service will be doing the job.

Northlake never returned my calls. I was always calling them to see when they were going to show up. The guy that answered the phone never seem to know where Brian was and what his schedule. Brian always likes to blame the other guy who answers the phone by saying he never got the message. Needless to say, I gave up on them and decided to go with another company. When it is THIS difficult to give my business to someone, it's time to move on.

We have used Northlake for over 10 years and Brian has always been fair and reasonable. We always know he will do the job with no hard sell for additional services (unlike other spetic cleaners in the Redmond/Woodinville area. They are a dad and son operation and will always get my future business (we strayed once and will not do that again!)
