+ -1 moreApril came by to review my project, took some pics and left me with a brochure with general info. I have had no follow up to date and cannot get a response via email. I can't imagine how a project would go if I actually hired her. I feel like she doesn't value this potential project. Maybe she should tell folks she is at full capacity and cannot take on any more clients at this time rather than running the business at 50%. This leaves everyone pretty disappointed and isn't a good way to run a business. I've begun looking for another designer/general contractor because I can no longer wait.
Description of Work: after several calls/emails, owner finally called back to set an appointment with me.

Description of Work: Unfortunately I am unable to rate Nip Tuck as they did not return my call or my designer's call for a bid. Two separate calls with no response is extremely disappointing. I was looking forward to hearing from Nip Tuck as I attended a seminar years ago where April spoke and kept her card-thinking this is a person I would really like to work with. I realize that business go through growing pains and busy times but a return call simply stating they are not bidding new projects seemed appropriate. Unfortunately that did not happen.

Description of Work: I was referred to Nip Tuck from another supplier as they couldn't perform the work I was looking for to be completed. I contacted Nip Tuck to see if they were available, however I never heard back. Unprofessional in my opinion, at least say they can't do the work or unavailable, rather than no reply.

+ -1 moreA wonderful expierence. All of folks we worked with from Nip Tuck and even the sub contractor for the electrical , plumbing, tile, shower glass and drywall were amazing. We never had to worry about the project day in and day out. April and her team kept us informed at all points during the process. I would and have recommended Nip Tuck to my family and friends and will be calling them for any future remodel work.
Description of Work: Provided planning, project management, general contracting for a bathroom remodel. The remodel included demo of shower, bathtub, flooring. It included the replacement of flooring with Tile, a new full tile shower and new bathtub, new lighting, new fan.
