+ 0 moreHis work is solid, the result of experience and his own high standards. He was on the job early, he stayed on the job late and cleaned up the area before he left. Whether it’s a wall, or a window opening, or a roof, Lance has the ability to visualize the end product before he makes a single cut. He’s careful, smart, and creative. He offered us suggestions to reduce costs. His crowning achievement for our house was a magnificent back deck. The structure is rock solid—Lance used treated lumber underneath—and finished with tight-knot cedar. His railing is a work of art. If you want it done right, contact Mr. Lance Strash. We recommend him highly. Lance was hired for our project by our contractor, Chris Peterson, of Raincap Construction. Lance has worked with Chris on other projects. Both of these guys are absolutely top notch.
Description of Work: Lance Strash was the framer on our home addition and remodel project. Working alone, he built walls, set in windows, and constructed a complex truss system for the roof addition. He also built a beautiful small deck. *The above cost reflects our TOTAL COST, NOT JUST FRAMING and carpentry. We did not pay Lance directly.
