I prepare and present offers for you and match you with the lender that most fits your needs. I negotiate the terms and conditions of your offer and achieve mutual acceptance with the Seller for you. I inform you of every important contract contingency and monitor the performance of the agreement until your transaction closes. If you are a Seller, I evaluate the value of your property using similar methods of an appraiser. I prepare and present to you "Property Preparation Notes" to allow you to achieve the highest net sale price for your property. I market your property for sale world wide and give your property a dominating presence in the local area and on the internet. I secure the strongest Buyer and inform you of all of the important contingencies in the agreement. I monitor the performance of the Buyer and Seller in the Purchase and Sale Agreement until the transaction closes. I have been practicing Real Estate for more than 10 years and come from a back ground of Teaching and Administration. I have Lenders on my Team that are top ranked in the industry as well. I have Home Inspectors on my Team and Home Improvement Contractors Available as well. I
