Arrived on time with a crew of 3 and knocked it out. They took care with the house and cleaned up everything before they left. Friendly and helpful: I had lots of questions about a future project to ask a professional flooring guy about and he took the time to look at the room and make recommendations which I will take him up on next spring. Ivan and his assistant did the labor on carpet we bought through 5-Star carpets. He and his partner were great. We were on a very tight schedule to move into a house on a precise deadline. The original carpets were filthy and ugly. The ENTIRE house needed to be recarpeted --3,600 square feet, 3 floors. We were trying to manage teams of carpeters, painters, plumbers, electricians, and several other contractors within a narrow window of two weeks. Ivan showed up on time, completed the work on time (in two days), and was friendly, polite, and professional. His team treated our home well, vacuumed the floors before laying down the carpet, and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. Several weeks after they installed our carpets, the small section that meets the linoleum in the basement bathroom had separated from the metal rod that holds it down and was tearing up off the floor. I called Ivan and he showed up immediately, re-stretched the carpet, put a new metal rod down, and re-affixed the carpet. No charge. We haven't had a problem since. Great job, Ivan!

Ivan and his crew were scheduled to arive between 08:00 and 08:30. They arived at 08:00 clean freindly and ready to work. Ivan, John and Gilbert moved right along finishing in about five hours.they cleaned up and I inspected the job and frankly they did better than the original installers. I was very pleased.
