About 15 years ago they installed an irrigation system at our home as a subcontractor to our landscape contractor. I used them for a time to serve the system but they were very unresponsive, did not return phone calls and rather unpleasant to deal with so I chose another contractor. Recently I have been having problems with the line voyage portion of the lighting system which my present supplier is not licensed to work on. I tried to contact Haagen H2O as they installed it but they did not return my call for several days. I was not at home when they did but they said they would call back. They did not. Their voice mail suggests sending them a fax which I did and received no response. All of this confirms my initial experience with them and I would not recommend them. There are several better, more customer oriented contractors.

Contacted Dave, he gave us an estimate, it was a bit high, he helped us economize, started job in 3 days, polite workers, great outcome.
Description of Work: Dave recently did our landscape lighting and he is so professional. He has had the same employees for a long time and has high standards for his work. He gave an estimate, did a make ready plan, helped us economize because we didn't want to spend quite as much as the estimate, etc. He also does our sprinkler irrigation winterizing and summerizing as well as backflow check. He fixes things on the system before we even have to suggest it to him. Overall, it is just a pleasure to do business with him. He is the cheapest business out there but you do get what you pay for and he is top notch. We have known him for 8 years and never had one problem. He works with some of the top landscapers in the business and their is a reason why - he is reliable, trustworthy and takes pride in his workmanship.

HAAGEN'S DID A GREAT JOB AND WE HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY WITH MINIMAL DIGGING AND DISRUPTION TO THE YARD. THE AUTOMATIC WATERING SYSTEM WORKS VERY WELL AND HAAGEN'S HAS HELPED WITH QUESTIONS SINCE DOING THE WORK.
