EM Property Maintenance Services, LLC was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. He went out of his way to go get the tools needed for the job.

The work was completed well. I would recommend all tools brought to ensure the job is completed upon the first visit.

Dale was great to work with. He offered very reasonable and straight forward pricing. It was very easy to schedule the work and he fit me in much sooner than I expected. Dale did a great job for me and his work was thorough and efficient. I will definitely be hiring him for more projects in the future.

Dale was very professional. He came when scheduled and did the work that was agreed upon. He had to make several trips back to check on the drywall so he could then sand and paint it. I would definitely hire EM Property Maintenance again.
