ELITE TREE CARE

I have never seen anyone work as hard as this crew. Elite Tree Care arrived on time, is a very knowledgeable Arborist, and helped me to understand the health of my trees. They cut down a very dangerous dead Alder that was resting against two trees, and removed the other two. We then had them windsail a 120ft. Douglas fir. All of the debris and branches were chipped up, and we kept the rounds for firewood. They finished alot sooner than I thought they would, and cleaned up nicely. Now I will be able to sleep soundly on those windy nights and not worry about that Doug fir hitting the house.

The job went smoothly and efficiently with cleanup very acceptable. One of our trees is considered valuable. Bryan demonstrated professional knowledge about the scope of work.

Bryan was on time. Able to connect via phone call and text. He took a look at my trees and told me that they didn't need any work. Was surprised and very appreciative of his honesty and integrity not to charge me unnecessarily . He also gave me recommendation/estimate on removing ivy from tree trunks that had grown 15 feet up, but gave me a strategy to do it myself if i wanted to. Loved that he gave me cost effective options. Will definitely use him when my trees need windsailing.

Bryan did a great job! He was friendly and very helpful. He offered his advice and seemed very knowledgable. He went above and beyond and made sure that every tree and hedge in our yard was taken care of, not just the one that was my main concern. I was very impressed!

We were super happy with the work Bryan did. We paid for a day rate and they had time to do a lot more than we expected. Bryan even trimmed up the overgrowth along our side path to the back yard. All the trees they trimmed look great! I never thought our yard could look so good! I'll definitely call Elite Tree Care again and highly recommend them.

It was great! We walked thru the yard on our first meeting and Bryan pointed out everything that he would do and he pointed out the things that I could do to keep it looking good. Hired Elite Tree Care to thin out a large cedar tree. Happy with the price and the job. Would use them again.

The crew showed up on time. I was a little concerned about one of trees which was at 60 degree angle, overhanging landscape. But everything went well with both trees. Everything was clean after the job was finished.

Came out to do a Tree consultation on a new property that we purchased - was very friendly and helpful. Showed us some work that needed to be done, some work that would be good to do on some of the trees, and pointed out some healthy trees that were just fine. Did a great job!

I called this company because the owner, Bryan Petitclerc, was a certified arborist. He was very professional in all aspects of his job (scheduling, estimate and performance of work). His assistant was very pleasant and also skilled. I am very satisfied with Elite Tree Care. My trees look healthier and I have my view back. I will use Bryan again and would highly recommend him.

Purchased a Big Deal to have trees trimmed. Bryan responded right away and came out quickly to assess. He sent out guys to do the work a week or so later. Bryan was very knowledgeable and gave advice on what exactly needed to be trimmed back. The trim looks good with no debris left behind.

Bryan was very responsive. He replied to our purchase confirmation and email within a couple of days. He was available for the consultation within a week. He was on time for the appointment. Bryan was clear on his recommendations and did not push for immediate scheduling of the work. Instead he recommended that the pruning of the large trees take place in late summer or early fall. At this point I plan on making an appointment later in the year for having the work done.

He was punctual, nice, and did a great job! He knew exactly what he was doing, and gave us some good advice about other trees on our property that may cause problems in the future. He even went above and beyond to help us make sure the permit would go through! I have already recommended him to a colleague, and will def use him again in the future!

't have to Bryan was able to give me a firm fair bid on the job by sending pictures to him by e-mail. I appreciated this saving me time not having to schedule another appointment just to get an estimate. Once the job was started, we had an issue that arose with the neighbor about who's property the shrubs were on. Bryan and his crew waited patiently till that was worked out and then resumed. They completed the job in less time than he estimated and cleaned the area so you wouldn't know they were ever there. Perfect Job!

Crew did a great job! They showed up on time and disposed of all of the trimmed tree parts over the course of about 3 hours. Things are looking much better, and I'll likely be less fearful of wind storms!

Bryan, the company owner, was exceptionally astute, well informed and is a certified arborist (I actually looked up his certification which he told me to do if I wanted to make sure; I was very impressed by his openness). His crew of 4 guys were superb -- they were polite, thorough, efficient and supremely professional. The crew not only performed all the arborist services that we agreed to contractually but went out of their way to clean up leaves and and other debris that were not part of the services contracted for (all for the agreed upon price). Bryan had excellent insights on how best to prune and trim our tress, bushes and hedges. The quality of their work was absolutely top notch. And their prices match their stellar quality of work. I got three other bids and theirs was the the lowest. I would certainly use them again and give them my highest recommendation.

The trees on my property desperately needed some pruning. I went out on Angie's List to find a local service provider and quickly found Bryan's business. It took me a while to finally get in touch with him. Bryan came out to inspect the tree in order to provide me an estimate. I scheduled an appointment which unfortunately got cancelled. On the second appointment, Bryan and his crew came to my address and immediately got to work. Bryan and his crew (4 including Bryan) are all professionals and knew exactly what needed to get done. From the time they showed up to the time they left, they worked non-stop for a little over 2 hours. I am extremely happy with the work that they have done and I HIGH RECOMMEND Bryan's business to anyone who needs tree pruning done. That is why I give Bryan's business the highest possible rating (EXCELLENT). Setting up the appointment was a little difficult in my opinion. I am assuming that that is because Bryan runs the business entirely by himself. The estimate that I got wasn't really detailed. It didn't have any detail other than a picture with some dots of where the trees were located and a total cost (not broken down in labor hours or anything). That is why I am rating FAIR/GOOD for Responsiveness/Punctuality. At the end, after all the work is done, all I really care about is whether the job was well done. Bryan and his crew did do an EXCELLENT job. So even though the estimate might not be very detailed or the communication lacks here and there, I HIGH RECOMMEND his business.
