I thought his analysis was good, but I asked for feedback on what he would charge to do some work on it and for the name of the tree removal person that he had mention and I have not gotten any response whatsoever. So what did I get for my $75

They arrived on time and quickly trimmed the trees that needed attention which included climbing up into the trees. It seemed like a lot of money, then tax was added on, but it is work we needed to have done, and the trees look better and seemed more healthy afterwards, and one of the trees no longer has branches that touch the house.

They have done a great job twice now on our property and will have them back. I strongly suggest you give them a call if you a need a knowledgeable, professional arborist.

They cut one of the three down to the ground and took out diseased branches that were on the other two trees.

Wonderfully!! Area was cleared of debris except for the cuts of tree we asked to keep.

They were prompt. They came exactly on time. They were professional. They knew what they were doing and they cleaned up afterwards. I had a very good experience with the company.

The gentleman was factual. He knew his stuff and he was quick, and gave me a lot of information in a very short period of time. It was what I expected. They were professional. I don't think there was anything they can improve upon.

We needed the job done quickly (before another snow could add weight and do more damage), and Bryan gave a us quote over email based on our description and photos of the tree. Bryan and crew showed up on time, quickly took out the tree, and cleaned up the job site. We're sad to see the tree go (it was an old plum tree we loved), but they were able to quickly (about 45 minutes) and efficiently get the job done, and for the price we agreed to over email. Job well done!

The work went well. Bryan and assistant trimmed two tall evergreen trees and three small maples, The work was done in the estimated time and for the estimated cost. All of the debris were cleaned up and removed. This is hard work, and I am very satisfied with the results.

very well! Bryan had a very small "window" in which to drop the tree without damaging a granite Shinto shrine and arched bridge, but he felled the tree perfectly without damaging anything. The B rating for 'responsiveness' is because we had some miscommunication about what day he would come by initially to check out the work to be done.

Fantastic! The team was professional and friendly. They did fantastic work, and cleaned up after themselves so it looked like they were never even here. I'd recommend them again to anyone!

Great! Bryan was very punctual in getting back to me and they did a great job.

He and his crew arrived on time and got to work immediately. The entire project was done in about two hours and all branches were chipped and removed by him. As with all work done for you always get a written estimate in advance and ask for a bill or invoice.

Provider never contacted me, I had the days picked out all now have past and still nothing from them. I canceled and requested a refund after almost a week of nothing. I would recommend staying away unless you are comfortable waiting indefinably. ** Revised** I am reasonable and would have agreed to a new date if he was busy but I recieved no contact at all until I posted a review. The provider did end up contacting me, only after I posted a negative review and offered to provide the service. I am extremely flexible and am not interested in giving a bad review without cause so I initially agree when he wanted to resolve it. He did offer to do the service free of charge which I declined and offered to pay as I know time is not free. Before I could finalize a date he asked me to delete my review. Keep in mind we waited almost a week for him to real out, when he didn't get an immediate response back he replied back to my review stating among other things it is "common place for customers to contact the providers when they are ready to schedule the service purchased." So even though Angie's list will let you pick dates and times and will send you an email saying the provider will be in touch soon, he expects the customer to make initial contact. I tried to resolve this with the provider but it is obvious now and can be see as well in other reviews that communication is not a strong suit. I can't speak for the quality of his work which is why I removed the F rating for "Quality"

After reaching out to multiple vendors, it was obvious from our first encounter that Elite Tree Care would be the ones my husband and I decided to work with. From the first email correspondence to our first meeting with Bryan, he and his team were extremely professional and willing to listen and give consult on all of our questions and concerns. When the entirety of the project we were hoping to do became out of our budget, Bryan worked with us on suggestions on which items should be our priority and what could be done in the timeframe and budget we had. They were prompt, friendly, professional and did an extraordinary job. In the two days they worked in our yard, removing dozens of small trees, cleaning up the large trees and giving them room to grow again, they completely transformed our yard and cleaned up everything! It turned out better than anything we could have hoped for and the trees that they trimmed and pruned are thriving now that they have the space to grow. We could not be happier with the work they did and the fact they cleaned all the debris up from our yard, street and driveway was that extra step that makes them so wonderful. I’ll be recommending Bryan and Elite Tree Care to anyone looking for tree work. We plan on using them again for our backyard trees in the future as well.

this service provider did a wonderful job, & cleaned up very well. However he did not finish the job and told me he will come back once he's in the area, i have not heard from him since last year October. Update: Bryan Petitclerc contacted me and fixed the situation. I would recommend him to my friends and family without reservation

Knowledgeable arborist accompanied by two excellent tree climbers and coworkers. Prompt, efficient. Property owner assumed responsibility for chipping and stump removal, but Elite Tree Care gathered cutting into piles and removed tree limb litter making our part so much easier. Great job.

Bryan and his crew did a fantastic job. Bryan first gave me a comprehensive assessment and bid, and then he and his guys came back at the day and time agreed upon and worked hard for several hours. They were clearly very knowledgeable about the correct ways to trim and prune several different types of deciduous and and evergreen trees, and trimmed a shrub or two while they were at it. They cleaned up the site thoroughly and hauled away all debris. I would recommend Elite Tree Care to anyone who needs tree care done by people who really care about trees and about doing a good job.

Bryan and his crew were amazing. From the initial meeting and walk through the scope of work to every day looking at our wonderful trees and shrubs, we couldn't be happier. I have had tree/shrub trimmers come out and buzz everything down to a nub with electric trimmers. Bryan is an artist. Everything looks natural, yet a lot was trimmed out of the yard. There is a big difference between someone who is an arborist and someone who just has equipment to hack branches off your trees/shrubs. I would highly recommend Bryan and his crew.

Bryan arrived on time with his team and promptly went to work. They all seemed to be very knowledgeable about every tree and didn't have any hesitation on answering all my questions about pruning. In fact, I asked questions the entire time Bryan pruned my apple tree, which he was glad to answer. His team also explained how to correctly prune a cherry tree when I asked, and then went out of the way to actually show me how to prune one of my lilacs, which was not on the list to be pruned by them. They were all pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and cleaned up all the trimmings from my yard beautifully. I would definitely recommend Elite Tree Care to anyone who really cares about their trees.
