In the time between the estimate and the date of work, Bryan answered all my questions quickly and accurately. He was able to give me a date sooner than he had originally thought, with was great. A great experience!

Bryon and his team were here on time, were quick and efficient, did a beautiful job (in all, 17 trees!) and the cleanup was flawless. They even took care of a brush pile I was (slowly) sending off on the compost truck each week. I highly recommend and would use them again!

We are preparing to sell our house and needed to have a variety of tree work done: pruning of fruit trees, removal of dead trees, and general pruning (both structural and shaping). Bryan came out for a free consultation and provided an estimate on the spot. He then followed up with a written estimate with a detailed drawing of our yard and the work we had agreed to. He and his team were available quickly and arrived promptly. They did all the agreed upon work and more without charging extra. The trees were pruned in an environmentally-friendly way (no topping), and they chipped all the debris into their truck. Then they raked and blew the entire yard, making sure no mess was left behind. The entire team was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: The first time I used them was for thinning large evergreens to allow the strong winds to flow through rather than blowing the trees over. The second time was when we noticed sections of our birch trees dying out. The cut one down totally and trimmed the dead parts from the other two.

While not an inexpensive project (for us), the immediate aesthetic impact was obvious, and knowing the many remaining trees and other plants are healthy (per the owner during the estimate) provides some real peace of mind. Crew was friendly and professional; I have knowledge of safety rules for the industry and all were followed as I observed. Professionally run outfit. As it turned out good value for money. I would highly recommend. The crew of three were at the house for approximately four hours; the stump grinder was there for about an hour.
Description of Work: We received bids from two companies and chose Elite even though its bid was slightly over the other. We had a mature Japanese cherry, a 20 year old vine maple and a similarly aged dogwood removed because of disease. A separate worker ground the stumps as well. The crew also trimmed back rhodies and other planting’s and raked up after themselves. A taller Japanese maple that started to overhang onto the roof was trimmed back. They also trimmed back an out-of-control tree along a border with a neighbor, and did so in an effective manner that respected the health of my neighbor’s tree. One other thing was that the topped and thinned a row of trees that are commonly used as a hedge or fence (name escapes me) that had not been touched for roughly ten years. I appreciated that the crew asked if there was anything else they could do while present.

 + -1 moreBryan walked the property with me and identified 6 hemlocks and firs with potential problems. I would have given him A ratings for quality and professionalism except that he brought along no equipment for marking the problem trees and provided no written documentation. Instead I took notes and banded the trees with plastic ribbon that I had in the garage. My B ratings would have been lower but were tempered by the fact that he did not charge me the $75 fee. He offered to provide a bid for removing the trees but did not follow through.
Description of Work: I requested Bryan Petitclerc to evaluate the health of the major trees on my Woodinville property and identify any potential problems, using the $75 for 1 hour service offer on Angie's List.
