ELITE TREE CARE

The crew of 4 showed up on time and started trimming my trees. They did a great job. Removing serveral large fir limbs over the garden without dropping the limbs into the flowers and shrubs in the garden. The extra care they took really made my wife grateful since she is the gardener. Their trimming turned our overgrown yard into a park. The cleanup was a big part of the job and they did are great job. They blew off the lawn and cleaned everything up. We are very happy with their work and referred them to our neighbor.

Confirmation of order was prompt. Called to schedule appointment on Friday, mid-morning, and told I would get a call back. Did not hear anything that day. On Sunday, estimator showed up at my home and gave me a quote of $800 above the coupon. I believed that was excessive and absolutely no bargain at all. Estimator said, I was entitled to a complete refund if I called Angie's List. Call on Monday was handled very professionally and quickly.

Came and gave an estimate. Two days later came to do all the work mentioned above. Cleaned so you would hardly know they were there. offered great advice.

We were very pleased with Bryan. He was prompt in his arrival for both the consult and the actual day of work. Several times he had me come out to check the progress and determine if I was pleased with his work--if it was what we expected/wanted. He spent many hours hand pruning our huge evergreen tree--it was long overdue! Our rhodies have a much better shape--are open and I'm sure they feel like they can breathe now. One area in the backyard he really cleaned up the trees/bushes, the whole area looks so much better. The back yard actually feels like it is more open...bigger. The finall cost came in just under bid,and we would be happy to do business with Bryan again.

Bryan responded to a request of mine for an estimate to removed the dead and dying wood from two large big leaf maples in my back yard. Bryan responded promptly and provide me his estimate. Bryan's knowledge stood out to me as I assessed providers capabilities. In the end Bryan was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive bid. I did select him based on my assessment of his knowledge. Bryan was able to schedule me quickly and his crew and he arrived promptly and got to work directly. They were very professional and cleaned the trees up over 6 hours. I am pleased with their work and things went as well as could have been hoped for. I recommend Bryan and Elite Tree Care. Good work and fair prices.

I bought a "DEAL" 1 hr. evaluation and proposal of my trees and shrubs. When I asked what he charged for an estimate he said the same as the "DEAL", later I noticed he does free estimations. What I got was a 20 min. walk through of the property pointing out and providing a rough estimation of the cost. Then he left. When I reveiwed what I paid for I called him back and asked if I was going to get a written proposal and review of shrubs that needed to be cut back. He returned the next day to look over the property and then gave me a written proposal. I went with another company that seemed to know more and had better followed through.

The owner was very responsive and dropped by right away to check the scope of the project, provide the estimate and set a date for the work. They showed up on the agreed upon date and worked hard all day. We are very happy with the end result. The trees and shrubs that were addressed look much airier and healthy and the owner's recommendation to remove two overgrown shrubs that were crowding other plantings was definitely the right one.

Elite Tree Care came over the day I called to see the trees and talk through the work that would be done. I immediately knew that he understood what I was looking for, and I understood what was going to be done for the trees. Elite Tree Care came by the very next day to complete the project while I was at work. I was a little nervous to see the finished product when I came home, but there was no need to be nervous. The trees looked like something you'd see on a professional golf course. They now look healthy, vibrant, and youthful. Would definitely use again for thenext pruning job.

Brian and his crew were super promt and polite. As a certified arborist he really knows what he is doing and my two gorgeous cedars look better than ever. I am so pleased with his work that I am going to have him back to prune a big Dogwood. If you want professional, quality work go with Elite!

Bryan came out at the appointed time and gave us a recommendation of what needed to be done to both trees. We set an appointment to have it done. He called later that week and said he could move up the trimming if we wanted and of course we said "Yes." They arrived on time and went to work, being careful not to tread on flowers. They completed the job in a few hours and cleaned up all of the debris, including a large pile that we had made.

The owner came to survey the job and set a date to take care of the tree. Though he didn't call back to confirm as we discussed, he was there on the selected day and shaped the tree. All the debris was removed and it is in much better condition now. The price of $200 was a deal on Angie's List, down from the $400 this would have cost otherwise.

The coupon would have only covered a fraction of the cost of the entire scope of work to be done. We will be doing the work at a later date. When we do, we will likely contact Elite Tree Service. They were very responsive, and we would work with them in the future.

It went really well. They arrived on time and started immediately. I was pleased with the overall look of my yard and the price seemed very reasonable. Kevin also made me aware of a rats nest on the property. I appreciated the heads up.

They were on time, gave us a lot of information and professional.

Bryan was prompt in his response to my purchase of a big deal for tree work. He responded through Angie's List messages and left his phone number to call him for an appointment. All subsequent communication was through Angie's List messages. He came out quickly and gave me an estimate for the work. He suggested taking my time in deciding. After a few days I accepted the estimate and requested a date for the work to be done. He responded immediately with an agreement to do the work on the requested day. He arrived on time and completed the work quickly, including cleanup and haul-away of all debris. He charged me less than the estimate and even removed some tree debris that I had created prior to his work at no charge. I will definitely call Bryan again for tree work.

We bought a deal from Angie's list for some tree and shrub care. Elite Tree Care responded right away leaving a number for us to call. Our call was answered immediately and an appointment was made. Bryan Petitclerc arrived as scheduled and consulted with my husband and after hearing all that we were interested in gave us prices so we could consider how we might split the work up and when it would be done. Once we decided what the first priority was for us we called Bryan and arranged a date and time for the work to take place. Bryan fit us into his schedule immediately, I believe we only had to wait over a weekend. He arrived at the scheduled time and got to work. Once the work was completed Bryan collected the remainder that was owed him and (I was impressed) shook my hand and said he hoped to see us again in the fall. I must say I have never had an experience with my yard that topped the experience I had with Bryan, including the handshake. Thanks Bryan and you'll be hearing from us again!

They did the job but my expectation and what I think I knew about tree trimming did not appear to be done. I was expecting them to take a dead branch they left and I figured they would cut a branch to the trunk, which was cut short of the trunk leaving a stub. ...???? don't know.

Our prized maple tree looks great with the visually balanced pruning. Bryan also gave me some tips on the care to extend the life of the maple tree. I had a neighbor ask him to take out some limbs of my trees and he said he was not instructed to cut them. Good call, Bryan only takes out what you discuss. Quick service and left no debris behind. He was prompt, professional and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Found Elite Tree Care through an Angie's List special, $199 for $400 worth of service. Called the owner, Brian, and set up an appointment for an estimate. He came by on a Saturday morning and we agreed on the following Monday for the work to be done. He and his worker showed up first thing in the morning and got right to work. By the time they were finished they had a truck load of debris and the tree looked much better with all the dead branches removed. My biggest complaint with the tree is that it takes two yard waste containers, on a monthly basis, to hold all the needles that drop. So far their haven't been many needles on the ground but we also haven't had much wind lately. They did a good job and cleared away the debris. Total job was $800 minus the discount coupon for a total of $599.

The tree service owner, Bryan Petitclerc, did all of the tree trimming and thinning with great care. His assistant did the clearing away...both were very courtious and efficient. They wasted no time but did not rush either. I was asked if I felt satisfied and if there was anything else Prior to the actual work Mr. Petitclerc visited the site to assess what would be needed. .I would not hesitate to recommend his service to anyone!!

It was great! My trees are no longer a possible conduit for meeses or other critters to possibly jump onto my roof.. and they no longer touch the house (which I know THEY didn't even like). They "opened up" the body of the trees so that they can get light and not just look like two huge overgrown bushes anymore. It's beautiful! I am SO impressed! I'll be sure to call them again in a year or whenever I need help with these two beautiful maple trees again. So efficient, and quick and gracious! I asked them to leave the branches which I'll haul to PAWS since I don't spray or use any chemicals here... Great! They hauled all the chopped branches to my front yard so I can easily load 'em to haul to PAWS. What a great deal; I am SO happy! :) Thanks, Angie's List! :)

We had about 8 fully grown trees in our back yard that were out of control with heavy growth and dead branches . One spruce tree in particular was invading our neighbors yard by hanging over the fence and interfering with space and sunshine allowed to nurture his lawn.We needed to search for a tree service. My wife and I purchased the Angie's list Big Deal coupon deal from Elite Tree Care on April 9,2014. Coupon stated $199 for $400 of tree service. The owner, Bryan Petitclerc, responded to our e-mails thru Angie's List and phone message promptly. We scheduled a inspection of our trees and talked about a price bid about 2 days later.. Bryan was good to discuss the job with our neighbor as well, to make sure what needed to be done, that may involve his property. We agreed to go ahead with the project at a later date when our schedule permitted it.Bryan and his 2 man crew arrived as promised and on time on the day we scheduled. The job was about a 9 hour day of hard work and very few breaks. The job included the work mentioned above and also nice cleanup and complete removal of the branches from the property that included 2 truck loads in volume. It was my impression that the final job entailed more work and time that was previously considered. However, Bryan and his crew, stayed late to finish the job as promised. I like having the owner of any company directly involved with the project and on site to ensure the job is done right as discussed. Bryan then returned to our place a couple days later to give us the invoice and look at the job done again. Elite tree care worked hard and were friendly.

Elite did an excellent job. i received 3 quotes and Elite was the best. Based on the reviews, I went with them and am very very pleased. Brian was very professional and responsive. The work was scheduled immediately and conducted within 2 days of the quote. I couldn't have gone any smoother or been easier. My wife and I are both thrilled.

Brian was very easy to work with. We appreciated that he listened and responded to our concerns. We also liked his approach to trimming. He had the health of the plant in mind and it's future re-growth patterns versus other trimmers we've encountered who merely cut and hacked to whatever shape we might mention. If one of our ideas went counter to the best interests of the growth of the plant Brian would give a rational explanation of why another way would be better in the long run. We needed that guidance and appreciated his explanations. Overall, Brian did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend his services.
