ELITE TREE CARE

Bryan came to my house promptly on the agreed-upon time. I showed Bryan what I wanted to have done. He gave me a verbal bid, which was about 150% higher than another bid from a different tree company. I asked for a written bid (which most other tree companies do right away) and he asked that I email him the itemized list of what I wanted done. I did do so that day and he told me he would email me the bid the next night. I did not receive an email back from him. A couple of days after I was supposed to receive the emailed bid, I decided to just get the refund for the Big Deal, since it was unlikely that I was going to hire Elite Tree care.

The owner met with me and figured out what I wanted done to the tree. We scheduled an appointment for two weeks later. A two-man crew arrived on time with the proper equipment and a shredder. They were very efficient and asked two or three times if I had any additional branches I wanted pruned. They split the work between the top and sides and completed the job in an hour. They raked and blew the stray leaves up and shredded the branches. Before they departed, they made certain the job was done to my satisfaction. It was.

Bryan responded to my call quickly. When he saw that the work would be beyond the scope of his equipment, he recommended someone who had the necessary equipment. His assessment was valuable. He also took a look at a few other trees on the property and gave me advice regarding those trees. I would definitely call Elite Tree Service again to help me keep my valuable trees healthy.

The arborist showed up on time, surveyed the property, and answered all of my questions within 15 minutes. I was surprised that it went so quickly, but I took his pruning advice, and the trees are looking great this spring.

Contacted me immediately, showed up early to introductory appointment, showed up on time for the work and then did the job just as we agreed. I will call them again!

Almost nothing. looked at the trees and gave estimates on how much it would take to prune them. This is something I could have got free.

He came and was here for under 15 minutes. I think he should revise his add to say ?up to an hour? instead. UPDATE AS OF 4/15/15: After speaking with the provider and Angie's List, the ad was supposed to say "up to an hour" and unfortunately did not. I have updated the grading to reflect this news.

They showed up 10 mins early and worked their tales off for over 6 hours. Left my yard and the neighbors yard spotless, like they weren't ever here. Truly did a great job.

The guy finally called me back and said they don?t remove trees. Informed me he wouldn?t be able to do the work UPDATED 04/21/15. He said "I did not contact them until 48 hours later then when I purchased the deal" This is incorrect. I called and left a message that same day @ 4:45 pm on April 7th 2015. He is the one that called me back 48 hours later on April 9th 2015 at 7:20pm. When I left the message on April 7th, I described the entire job on what I wanted to have done. He could have called that day and told me he was not able to provide that service. I am really only disputing the time in which I called and when he responded to me. The situation has been resolved; however I would not use this company in the future.

Arrived on time for estimate and work. Arborist and crew work hard all day, hauled a mountain of brush and cleaned up. Contractor did a beautiful job of pruning a large oriental maple that was being damaged by aggressive vines. He and his crew are very nice to work with. Would use them again.

Though late due to traffic the arborist Bryan Petitclerc was very professional & knowledgable. He answered our questions thoroughly and wasn't afraid to let us know if our ideas on what we wanted done would do more harm than good. His advice matched others that evaluated our property proving his sound knowledge. The only reason for choosing another service was immediate availability to perform the work at close to the same price vs. another two weeks for Elite Tree Care.

Bryan was punctual for his appointment for initial inspection, very knowlegable and helpful. On the day of work, his and his crew did a lot of work and cleaned up completely. There are some trees near powerlines that he suggested we have the power company address first and then he would do some additional work as needed. They did a great job and were very helpful in terms of educating me on how to prune a tree myself.

Bryan came out on a Saturday for an evaluation of the trees that I was concerned about, and set up an appointment to do the work the following Friday. He was on time and gave me a reasonable estimate for the job. Bryan and his crew of three arrived within ½ hour of the agreed time, and spent about five hours doing the job. They were thorough and cleaned up the area well when they were done. They had a large chipper for the branches, and cut the trunks up into firewood-size lengths, which I stacked and will split later. They hauled away all of the debris. I am pleased that Bryan is an arborist, and that he evaluated and fixed the damaged trees that I have been worrying about for a couple of years. It pays to get his kind of expertise. Even so, his fee was reasonable compared to several other tree trimming/removal companies that I have used in the past. We will definitely use Elite Tree Care in the future.

Dear Angie, Elite Tree Services pruned my way overgrown apple trees, located mostly out in the back part of my property. In so doing, they had to deal with a long walk to a garden overgrown with blackberries from, my having been ill and having ignored the "out back" for a two or three years. There were no complaints about the terrible condition of my "out back". The way to it can be navigated by a small truck, and Bryan had his Ford 150 ready. Bryan and his crew got right to work and did the job. I could tell this was educated pruning, because 2-3 seasons of growth having happened since the last pruning, it will take two or three active pruning seasons to correct. I am asking Bryan if he and his crew could come out yearly. My previous tree service has not been available for some time. Thanks, Angie, for the reference !! --Tim

Punctual and professional service. I contacted Elite Tree after my neighbor complained about a Maple tree on my property leaning too close to his house. After an initial evaluation, a decision was made to take down the top of the tree. Elite Tree's crew showed up on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. All debris were cleared off the ground.

The communication regarding the date and time the work was to be done could have been more clear. I had to contact Bryan twice; once to confirm the date, and once about the time. Other than that, I was very pleased with the service, The crew arrived early, did exactly what I had in mind, were efficient, friendly and professional. They also did a good job cleaning up afterward, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Bryan the arborist showed up very punctual at the time specified to give us a quote for the work. After the quote, the tree trimming was completed within 1.5 weeks. I did not see the tree trim effort personally, but after coming home from work, the trees looked great after the trim and the area was well cleaned. 2 different neighbors who did see the work done commented on the professionalism of the trim job and even stopped by to get a business card from Elite Tree Care while they were working on our trees. I would certainly employ Elite Tree Care in the future.

A crew of 4 men worked 14 hours over 2 days to get the job done. They worked non-stop. it was a big job. Brian pointed out some damage to one of the bigger fir trees. It was 50 feet up, so he took photos so I could see a close up. He gave me advise to keep the trees healthy and keep my property looking nice.

Bryan Petitclerc really improved the appearance of a Hinoki cypress and a pine tree that had some dead limbs on it. He responded promptly to my inquiry, and got the job done in as scheduled. He did a good job cleaning up after himself.

Honestly? I don't know how this guy can be on Angie's list as a top landscaper. I called Bryan to have him come do an estimate on the cost of removing two Dogwoods from my yard and installing replacement evergreens. He was rude on the phone saying he didn't really have the time to do this but then he could come take a look on Sunday. Bryan did show up on Sunday on time but after a short discussion, he indicated that he would not be able to remove the trees by the root. We thanked Bryan for his efforts and he said he had a lot to do anyway. So, with that said, he basically didn't want to do the job. His add says he removes trees. He said over the phone he removes trees. But he contradicted himself. Look...this guy could have just told me over the phone that he didn't want to stop by the house and save himself, me and my husband the wasted energy. Take your add off of Angie's list if you don't need new customers and learn some customer service skills.

No hassles. Did what they said they would do for the price they said. Showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards.

Very well. Very punctual and went right to work getting the job done.

It went well. Original contact was too late for tree health last year, so I re contacted ETC this year. Previous pymt was honored.

Elite Tree Care did a great job. They worked very hard the entire time, completed all the work we discussed, and did an excellent cleanup job. They blew all the leaves and left my yard looking better than it did upon arrival.

Bryan (the owner) and his crew were truly exceptional. We were originally scheduled for the previous Friday, which was very rainy and had caused standing water in the yard. Even though his crew was ready to go that day (giant wood chipper and all), he looked at our yard and said he was concerned that it would get too torn up owing to the soggy conditions. And he graciously rescheduled -- despite having a "lost" work day for the crew. When they returned today, they brought ample plywood to cover the soft areas and prevent any damage. It worked -- not only do the trees look beautiful, but the lawn is no worse for wear. And we'll sleep much better during the next windstorm knowing the massive fir tree in the backyard is now "wind proofed," having been thinned so the wind will blow through it, rather than catching in overly dense boughs and sending it crashing onto the house. Bryan even gave us a referral to a landscaper who can help with our drainage problems (so maybe no plywood needed next time!). Elite Tree Care is a definite "Recommend."
