ELITE TREE CARE

He didn't do a very good job of explaining what my options were on the tree. I wanted to try and save the tree, and the only option that he had was cut it down. Which I can accept if proper explanation is given to why no other options will work. I ended up calling another tree expert, and actually walked me through what my options were.

Exceeded expectations. Cleaned up/out at least two truckloads from our yard- leaving safe, beautiful, manageable, beautifully landscaped yard. Timely, great care and attention to detail. Cleaned up our yard and driveway at the end of both day one and two. Will definitely use again!

Bryan and his crew did their usual outstanding job for us. A huge part of the maple tree came down during the recent wind storm, punching through the roof of our son's house and damaging the ceiling in the den. Our son and his family were on vacation. Bryan responded promptly to our call. He assessed the damage and came early the next morning to remove the tree. He made sure the evergreens on the property were pruned and thinned to make then safe. Bryan also arranged for a roofer to repair the damage to the roof . We depend on Bryan to keep the trees on our property looking their best and staying safe. Our son will now be doing the same. Bryan and his crew were very professional and courteous. He was very punctual. They removed five large cedar trees while preserving the tree house in the central cluster. The trees were close to the deck and was very precise and hard work. He finished all the work in 1 day. He and his crew cleaned the patio and lawn immaculately and cut and stacked the rounds in manageable sized pieces even though some of the rounds were several feet in diameter. Bryan's price could not be beat by any of his competitors and his work was better than any arborist we have yet hired. I will definitely use Bryan again.

The work was done very well and they cleaned up superbly afterward, even taking some limbs that had blown down separately.

Brian and his team showed up right on time, finished when promised and overall did a great job for the price we agreed to. They were courteous and professional. Definitely would hire them again for one of my other properties.

They worked out okay for me. The only thing was that I used the coupon and when they got there, I ended up paying more money. I think it was double what the coupon was. I guess the job was more than they wanted to do for the amount that they offered in the coupon. I paid $600 including the coupon. They did it right away, within four or five days after I purchased the Big Deal. They did a good job. They seemed to be very knowledgeable about tree trimming. My husband interacted with them. The work turned out really nice except for the fact that I need the tree trimmed again. The quality of their work was really good.

We have a giant oak tree that probably has never been trimmed. This company did a great job, professional, competitive price, all the way around I would highly recommend them.

We ended up spending a total of $300-some with them. We wanted more than what was just covered in the deal.

Job went very well. Brian makes an effort to work with peoples schedules, was punctual, and the tree work very satisfactory. Had no problems, tree looks so much better now, all debris removed, area left neat and clean. Highly recommend Elite Tree Service and would not hesitate to use in future.

Bryan is one of the best contractors we have worked with on any project. He responded promptly to our call, listened to our concerns and gave us expert advice. Our property looks so good now. The crew did all the work around existing landscaping without disturbing anything and they cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. We could not have asked for more. We will definitely be calling Bryan again. He and his crew are a pleasure to work with.

When they came out they refused trim the tree that I wanted trimmed due to power lines. When I mentioned that I had already purchased this deal through Angie's List, he was unaware that I had purchased the deal. He then said that he would have charged $600.00 for the work to be done, but offered to do $200.00 of trimming of my rhododendrons. I chose to get a refund for the deal.

Bryan informed me when he came out to see the job, that he would not be able to Top our tree, as I originally had planned, as it would not be best for the health of the Tree. He proposed instead to thin and clean it up, so that it was not so obtrusive over our deck. Finding a mutually convenient date was a challenge, but we were able to get on the schedule within a few weeks. Bryan and his crew (3 all together) arrived on time, and went to work immediately, completing the work on three trees within an hour.

Brian did an excellent job explaining the work that needed done. The work was completed in a timely, professional manner. All trees, bushes and a very large hedge were pruned expertly and the property was cleaned as the end of the job. I have used several tree pruning companies in the past and I would highly recommend Brian. His prices are fair and he is a knowledgable arborist.

Brian was not a communicator. I felt I had to drag answers out of him. The only information he offered was about a neighbor's trees with root rot. The quotes he gave me were out of line with other estimates I've had since.

We really appreciated Bryan's plan for our new home which he executed to a T. Bryan and the Elite Tree Care team were extremely punctual and worked h****** our home today. They are friendly and easy to work with. The team has years of experience and it was evident by the quality of their work. When I returned home from work today my jaw dropped, because of the amazing job the Elite Team did. Our front and backyard look spectacular!! Felt that prices were very expensive. I wouldn't say bad, but I definitely found more competitive prices after several bids. Provider did complete work, but I was supposed to call him and let him know about whether to remove a tree between my house and my neighbors. Elite Tree showed up without announcing anything or contacting me and performed worked agreed upon but I never spoke to them about it. Found out a few days later when I noticed the tree outside was gone. Overall, I feel the provider is more expensive than other providers. This and the fact that they just showed up and performed the work without letting me know they were coming (or even that they've completed the work) bothers me.

We had several large trees on our property which we had never had any work done on in the 15 years we have been in the house. Bryan came as scheduled to provide us with an evaluation. We really didn't want to cut any of the trees down, even though one had shed a few large branches in some of the more severe storms to hit the area over the years we have been here. We discussed the options, and decided to go ahead and contract for the work of trimming and thinning out the trees to allow for wind movement in the winter months. Bryan and his crew showed up punctually on the day scheduled, and started work immediately. I was amazed to watch them climb to the uppermost limbs of two of the largest trees, and clear away deadwood, and cross-branches. Clean up was constant, and I was thrilled by the fact that I didn't have to listen to a wood-chipper all day while the work was being done. In fact, there was minimal use of chain-saws as well. I never expected it to be so quiet. We are thrilled with the results. Our home now gets much more natural light, we have room in the back yard to play with the dog again, and the trees just look SO MUCH BETTER! Best of all, before we got the evaluation, I expected a much larger bill for the services. We were pleased at the pricing, and will be happy now to have continuing care in the future. We will use Elite Tree Care again and again.

Bryan came out to the house and provided me with an estimate of $1600 to trim and thin about 20 trees. He said this would cover 3 men for 7.5 hrs each. The crew arrived right on time and immediately got to work. The trees look wonderful, especially the weeping maples. There is something of an art to trimming these particular trees and Bryan and his crew did a great job revealing the beautiful structure of the trunks. The property was cleaned up after they finished and all debris was hauled away. One very minor complaint is that they finished all of the original work in about 6 hrs and they did not offer to continue working even though other work that was needed had been identified while they were on site. The crew was very professional and easy to work with and I will definitely hire them again.

I liked the job Bryan did for my home so I asked him to give me an estimate for my business property. My budget was $10k and with tax, the job was slightly under budget. The property is a little over an acre with commercial building and parking lot in the middle. Elite Tree had to work around cars coming in and out of the lot. They were very professional and courteous to workers and customers alike. The trees had never been thinned. The blackberry bushes had overgrown along one side of the building. The parking lot was dark and gloomy with overhanging trees. Bryan promised to make a park like setting...and he did!!

The crew arrived at the appointed time and got right to work. Their chipper broke down but they still continued the trimming work and assigned one of their crew to cut the branches into shorter length to fit in the truck. They were at the job most of the day and several hours the next day. Everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. The tree trimming created a park like setting on my property. I was impressed with their professionalism and willingness to protect out planting and grounds. One large fir tree limb had to be removed in pieces and lowered to the ground between our fence and my wife's prize flower garden. They completed that task to my wife's surprise and satisfaction. We have recommended their company to several of our neighbors and friends

It went perfectly.I couldn't have asked for a better job to be done. My questions were answered and a plan for helping the tree improve was explained to me. I couldn't have been happier. They will be my go to company for all my trees and shrubs in the future.

Bryan and his team did a great job! They were speedy, very professional, and easy to work with. The 2 cedars they cut down were on a little bit of a slope and so we agreed, that to keep the cost down, we would haul the cut wood out ourselves. The ornamental plum was in the front yard and they hauled everything away. You would never have known they were even there except that the plum looked way better after they left. Bryan knows his stuff. His team looks like they enjoy their work and work well together. It is clear they take a lot of pride in their work and would have a hard time doing a shoddy job on anything. It was really reassuring to know that we were in good hands. We had not had any tree work done for a long time and I was dreading the experience. It turned out to be easy and Bryan taught me a few things I had not known before. Bryan and Elite Tree Care will be my tree guys from here on out. Highly recommended!

I contacted Elite when I realized many of our mature trees needed professional trimming. I sent Bryan an email and he contacted me the next day setting up a time for an estimate. Bryan walked through my yard with me and provided comments on what needed to be done to each of the trees. I requested an estimate for the work and was provided a thorough list, including a map of the trees in my yard, and an estimate the next day. I found the estimate to be fair and a realistic assessment of the work that needed to be done. The work was scheduled about a week later and completed today as scheduled. They cleaned up all the trimmings and left the yard in great shape. I wanted a professional to work on our trees and definitely got that. I recommend Elite Tree Care highly.
