Description of Work: It went good. The company came out and gave me and estimate on how much all the work was going to cost that I wanted done. It's going to cost more than I thought so I couldn't use this deal and would like it refunded. I called on 8/27/14 to have it refunded but never received the form I needed to fill out. Called today to get it taken care of.

Description of Work: Tree thinning. Very well done.

Description of Work: The service was performed according to the agreement we came to when the job was estimated. They cleaned up the yard nicely so there was little for me to do when I got home.

Description of Work: Vendor cut tops of trees near power lines on private property. the job was done well and cleanup was good.

Description of Work: Arborist came out timely to assess the tree trimming job. He advised that desired trimming would hurt our apple tree in the spring, and we should wait for late autumn to avoid damage to the tree. He promised to honor the Angie's price at that time. The $199 price has already been paid via credit card. Omitted ratings and C rating for Overall have no basis, pending actual performance of the work.

Description of Work: He pruned a bush, a camellia, two trees, and a vine.

Description of Work: Pruned and shaped four young trees (two apple, one Japanese maple, and one Japanese flowing cherry tree). Also substantially cleaned out old growth from a mature plum tree and two lilac trees. Tent caterpillars were also in two of the trees and those were removed. Worked quickly, cleaned up everything afterward and showed up on time. Will be using them again this winter for other work.

Description of Work: Trimmed some overgrown trees in my yard. They did a fine job and did exactly what I needed.

Description of Work: They did a god job, but my only complaint is that they did not appear to gove us any kind of break for the $199.00 for $400.00 of service. He quoted us 1500.00 of service which ended up to be 1642.00. When you include the 199.00 that we had already paid that adds up to $1841.00. I feel like the $199.00 I had paid through the special offered by Angie's list was a Hugh waste of money. I literally just threw that money away. When my husband reminded him of the $199.00 we already paid he said he had included that in the price. It seems like to me if I had to pay 1642.00 for my service I should get at the very least 199.00 deducted from that price. I should actually get 400.00 deducted since I was suppose to get the extra service for the price. I feel I did not get my money's worth. I would never use one of these types of deals from Angie's list ever again. Also he was supposed to prune all of the trees and there is a cherry tree that was not pruned at all. That part may be that I didn't understand that he was doing only the evergreen trees. We did not get a receipt for this. I think you should always get one.

Description of Work: Cut down and shredded a medium size fir tree that was leaning towards our neighbors garage. They were on time, quick, and cleaned up very well.
