 + -1 moreChip has done a great deal of work in our Bellevue neighborhood and he had done a garage door repair for us a decade or so ago. I called Chip with the 425 number he provided in this listing. He answered my call right away and was able to come the next day to replace the springs on our garage door. His price was similar to what I had seen posted, and he gave a 3 year warranty on the work. He was efficient and finished the spring replacement in less than a half hour. He answered all my questions before leaving. Thanks!

They come when they say they're going to and our clients are happy with them. I really like them and I use them a lot. I refer them to everybody else.

 + 0 moreChip came out and gave an estimate to replace our door openers. There were a few details that he needed to research, so we agreed to touch base in several days. I called him two days later and said that I wanted to move forward. He said he was booked for the next 4 days and could get our job done by Friday. Friday came and went and Chip never showed up. He did not call to reschedule either. Very unprofessional. We ended up finding another company to do the service, but did lose two more weeks, which was extremely inconvenient. Chip wasted over three weeks of our time.

 + -1 moreChip was very professional and knowledgeable about garage doors. He was very prompt and punctual. He didn't charge us extra for checking all our other garage doors which was really nice of him. He is polite and courteous. I was very happy that he works on Saturdays- a big plus for people who are working 5 days a week. I will definitely hire him for future garage door needs. I have nothing to compare his prices with so I have given N/A for pricing but my guess is he is reasonably priced. My friend had used him to replace her garage door opener and was very happy with him too.
Description of Work: Our garage door was not opening properly. It would go up a few feet and then get stuck. It also made a strange squeeking sound. I called up Construction Services NW upon referral from a friend. Chip called back the next morning - it was a Saturday. he asked me to describe over the phone what exactly was happening with the garage door. He guessed the spring had given way- which was very common and told us it would cost $110 to fix and that he can come by in an hour. Chip was at our place in an hour. He not only replaced the broken spring but told us the other spring (we have 2 because of the heavy garage door) was giving way and recommended we replace it too, which we did. That brought the price up to $150. While he was here we also asked him to check the other garage doors- he tested all of them, made a few adjustments on nuts and bolts. There was a generator cable rubbing against the garage door railing which could cause an electrical mishap. He put a nail above the raining that would hold the generator cable in place- we really appreciated that as we hadn't noticed it until he pointed it out. I would highly recommend this company for all garage doors.

 + -1 moreOne of the two springs on one of our garage doors broke. We found this company via the phone book and called. Very pleasant discussion and only a day or so turnaround as I recall. I'm sure that he deals with much larger business on a regular basis, but he never showed it - very courteous and never came across as distracted or put out by our small job. He showed up at the time promised, repaired both springs (as is generally recommend when one spring goes) and even checked and tightened all of the door and fastener bolts, inspected the equipment, and effected a few repairs on the emergency latch mechanism as at the same time, even though we were paying just for the springs and spring replacement. With all of this, he was done roughly in a hour or so and the door is working as good or better than before. I would strongly recommend him and his company for similar work and suspect that type of experience would be reflected in the other aspects of his company as well. Nice work and thank you!

 + 0 moreProvider gave an accurate appraisal very quickly after I called, and when the panels arrived did an excellent , fast and professional job of installing them within the time frame first agreed upon. He was not that good at callbacks, but did communicate presumably on his own schedule.
