We hired this company to hook up the wiring for our hot tub. My husband is a disabled marine and has a back issue. The electricians needed to run 1 grounding wire and hook up the hot tub. The quote was $300 dollars by the owner himself. After showing up late and working for 3 hours, the electricians informed me they had actually ran 3 all new wires. This was beyond the scope of the project and they did not have permission to do so. 3 weeks later we received the bill. It was for $900+. My husband called to question the amount and the owner Bill was incredibly rude. It also took a full week for him to respond. We have complained to the BBB but we doubt we will see any resolution. Terrible company. We should have done more research into them.

We live in Texas and had to get our Wa. home rewired. We hired this company. We did our due diligence and read the reviews on Home Advisor. This company illegally moved our electrical meter and the wires with it violating the law. It's defined as "meter tampering" and is a violation of Wa. state law. We have now been fined by Puget Sound Energy for $2000. even though the owner admitted doing it to a PSE service man. We lost all of the food in our deep freezer as well because PSE turned the power off to make sure that the meter and wires were installed properly and wouldn't burn down our house. This has been an emotional train wreck because the company refuses to make it right with us. They are UNRESPONSIVE. They don't care that they harmed us financially and smeared our good customer name with PSE.

The bill was far larger than I had anticipated

we recently moved into this older manufactured home and wanted to make sure the electric issues were up to code. All was well until they found a loose wire in a light fixture. A POTENTIAL FIRE HAZARD! It was easily fixed but we were so grateful we had them come in and check everything! Andy and Chris were very friendly and professional. Bill, the owner, was helpful and answered all questions. We would highly recommend this company!

This was a complete panel replacement. New panel is longer and wider than the one replaced and wouldn't fit. The crew overcame these obstacles and finished within the time they said they would, Even the inspector praised the work.

Did what I needed at a fair price. Left quite a mess. You need a dumpster or they won't pick up anything. I spent each day cleaning up after the crew.

Excellent value. Great crew. Fast. The only complaint is communication about arrival times and clean up after completion which is minor. Still would use them anytime for electrical issu s.

The owner who came out to give me an estimate talked me out of the $10,000 generator after assessing my needs. Instead her recommended a gasoline generator. The generator was set up on a wheeled cart for easy mobility, a battery for easy start and long enough cord so the generator can sit away from the house when in use.
