We are a full service tree company & have an A rating with the BBB. We donated our time & money that paid our crew for the Extreme Home Makeover show (ABC). We also sponsored the Zero Energy Home. We have flexible weekend and evening hours. We are 24 hour for emergency tree work. We service all of Snohomish county and part of North King county We do not service further south then Shoreline on I5 and Kirkland on 405. If you require an arborist, we do not have one on staff

Large Hanging Maple Limb Removal
Description of Work: Brian came out and bid on this job in November. When it came time to have this large limb removed, they were able to fit us in last minute. We were nervous because this 30 foot branch was hung up in the cedars over our fence, and near a power line. His guys came out and in 20 minutes had the limb down and bucked into firewood! I can’t express how pleased I was with the work, the company and their overall response to our needs!

We are totally confused over this score. We didn't do the work, you have no explanations for professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness, quality or price, but you say that you wouldn't hire us again? Strange we are perplexed. We like to know what we do wrong and we can't fix what we don't know is broken. It would have been nice to get some details. We have been in business since 1988 and have a lot of repeat customers and lots of referrals.

We can understand on price but if the work done caused no damage than why is the quality not good? What didn't we do to show you that we are about being professionals? Chandler's has been in business since 1988 and we pride ourselves on being professional, courteous, excelling in customer service and doing an outstanding clean up. Sorry that the price wasn't more to your liking but with tree service being such a dangerous job and with removing three trees there is a lot of expertise that comes into play. Also, I can't tell by your comments if it was tight quarters, meaning the trees were close to the house, shed, garage, neighbors, deck or a fence. These all come into play when estimating each individual job. Thank you.

Description of Work: They removed four large arborvitae from our front yard. One morning they cut them down and removed the debris very quickly. Another day they came back and ground the stumps down. We were happy with their work on both occasions.
