Bob and his team have taken care of our windows for years. They are efficient, professional and personable as is their customer service. They have also helped us with putting up Christmas lights and will be cleaning out our gutters in the fall. They are the best!

Kyler did an excellent job pressure washing our patio, back door pad, front porch, front sidewalk, and our large driveway. He worked continuously for 3 hours with no breaks and conscientiously rinsed off debris when at the end of the job. We appreciate the job well done.

This is the fourth of fifth year we have had Bob's clean our windows and they continue to do a great job! The employees are always very courteous and professional! In addition to cleaning the windows, they removed three hanging panes of stained glass from in front one window where they are displayed for cleaning by my wife while they cleaned the window and then rehung them back up where they were, which we really appreciate.

They did an excellent job. Our house was newly painted. They removed every bit of dirt and paint from the windows and screens. Very reasonably priced.

They showed-up on time and ready to work and finished when they said they would. We don't have anymore trees growing out of our gutters and the windows were crystal clear (at least on the outside). We've hired them before and we'll use them again. We like that they are a local Snohomish company and the prices are fair. Edit: This is part two of my previous review. Since we had the work done, we had the exterior trim on our house painted. Before the painter started her work she pointed out a number of ladder marks near the windows that I can only assume were made by the guys from Bob's, since the marks weren't there before we had the windows and gutters cleaned. Just a word of advice to pay attention to the workers when they are using their ladders.

Prompt, efficient, professional ....have hired to come back for exterior only cleaning later in summer. Have also hired to pressure wash our driveway and clean out gutters.

In spite of the very cold weather our windows were cleaned inside and outside. They look great!
