We've been using Bizzy Bee cleaning services since April, They replaced a fabulous cleaner who left the business, so had big shoes to fill. They're doing absolutley outstanding work. After they've cleaned, my house is immaculate. They set and reach a very high standard. The owner of Bizzy Bee answered my phone call quickly and set up an appointment to give me a quote. She arrived on time and didn't rush at all in order to get a full understanding of my cleaning preferences and priorities. We agreed on the price per visit, which wasn't an hourly rate, but a set price for the full cleaning every other week. The first cleaning was a full day's worth to catch up on areas that hadn't been throughly cleaned in a while. Even my kids noticed how great everything looked that day. I have given them a key for easy entry, since I'm not home during the cleaning, and haven't had a worry since. I'm completely impressed with Bizzy Bee's work and professionalism. They've made the transition to a new cleaner painless. P.P.

Debbie and her husband arrived on time and started in. We have animals and they were kind and worked around them is ease. The were friendly and interactive but this did not slow their pace. They worked as a team and finished our 2600 sq. ft. home in 8 hours. This was quite a feat since it was New Construction. We have decided to have them back bi-weekly and they have started that schedule. This maintenace clean only takes the two of them two hours. We are very happy with Bizzy Bee Housecleaning Service.

Because of allergies in our household, we require that only certain cleaning products be used. We made sure that all of the appropriate products were located strategically throughout the house. However, it took a couple of visits for them to consistently use the appropriate products -- full-strength Simple Green might be great for cutting grease, but it wrecks havoc on wood and metal finishes. The owner and her husband occasionally had problems with requests. We would ask that specific things be done -- such as making sure the floor between the bath and sink were cleaned and the bases of the toilets, but apparently it wasn't always communicated to her husband, as some tasks were simply not consistently. It seems unreasonable for us to go back and clean something that we're paying this company to do. They also had problems with not being consistent in cleaning some areas of our home. They did some areas that our last housekeepers hadn't, which was much appreciated, but didn't want to do others (such as cleaning the hanging pot rack), which was just something I found out as we went along. They showed up when they were scheduled but sometimes would be later than planned. While this does happen with their work, it would have been better if they had called to let us know when they were running late, but they sometimes didn't do so. Overall I appreciated having someone I knew would show up and the house was at least cleaner, their work was inconsistent. They prefer their choices of cleaners and tools, which became a problem as we went along as we all have allergy problems but we were working through those issues. My main concern is that while the owner, Debbie, had much experience with cleaning and was the one talked to about our concerns, her husband, who worked with her, didn't seem to be getting all the messages and didn't seem to have all the information he needed to go do the work correctly -- such as the example of using Simple Green on wood. A pleasant disposition is appreciated, but it is far more important to make sure that the work is done correctly, the work is done completely, and that finishes are not damaged. It is also crucial that when approached with customer concerns, the vendor not get defensive and effectively call the customer a liar. We are paying good money for a professional job and we expect a professional response.

Bizzy Bee did a wonderful job--very thorough!

She came out, she gave me an estimate, she showed up to do the work, and her and her husband did a good job of cleaning our house. She is pleasant and she listens well to what we want. She is wonderful and I have nothing but praise for this company. They do everything we ask them to do. They work hard to make sure we are happy.

Debbie is great at what she does. She has been cleaning our house for over a year and we could not be more delighted. Debbie is very honest and reliable.

They came in for the initial cleaning in October and did some heavy cleaning and have been coming every two weeks.

Debbie came out to our house and did a thorough inspection. She was very informative and nice. We have been using Bizzy Bee every other week since January and are very pleased with the work.

We've worked with Bizzy Bee for more than 5 years and my parents have used them for 8 or more. This is something where you really want to feel good about the person/s who is in your home - many times you are giving them a copy of your key, leaving them a check, and are not home when they come by. We feel good about the overall work that is being done and about the fact that we feel we can trust Debbie (Owner/Cleaner). She is also a joy to talk to and is VERY good about communicating vacations, holiday schedules, etc. - and adds little touches like homemade cookies at Christmas or notes to tell us how things are going.

DEBBIE IS ALWAYS PROMPT, WORKS AROUND OUR SCHEDULE, CALLS IF SHE WILL BE LATE, AND IS WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE US ANY WAY SHE CAN.

THEY HAVE BEEN CLEANING MY HOUSE ONCE A MONTH FOR ABOUT FOUR YEARS. THEY DO A GOOD JOB AND ARE VERY FRIENDLY.
