Debbie responded promptly and said she was booked up through the end of September. I explained that my wife is recovering from back surgery and I am waiting for her to get well so I can have knee surgery. Neither of us are very mobile at the moment. Bummed, I kept looking. Debbie called back 15 minutes later and told us she just had a cancellation and had a 3-hour window. She and her assistant made the kitchen and bathrooms look like the next step was to have been a HOUSE BEAUTIFUL photo shoot. Not only did they take care of what my wife wanted done, they vacuumed and dusted and took away my collection of ceiling cobwebs. We were blown away with how thorough they were, even down to making the little pointy thing on the TP roll in the powder room Classy individuals, the both of them. AND if you can believe it, Debbie said she was not fully satisfied with her work - that if she had about three more hours, it would REALLY have sparkled.

Debbie and Chris deep cleaned our entire house today and I could not be happier! It looks amazing! Everything is sparkling clean. I didn't even know our house could be this clean. I was especially impressed with how clean they got our shower. It has been a disgusting eye sore since we moved in and I've tried several different things to clean the grout and glass to no avail. They were able to make it look almost new and I cannot wait to shower in it tomorrow! We are going to be using them for a regular clean every 2 weeks and I am so excited for them to come again. Definitely recommend!

I first contacted Bizzy Bee several months ago and left a voicemail message. Within a few hours, I received a response from Deb, the owner of the company. She arranged to come out the following day to give me an estimate. With the discount coupon I received from Angie's List, my service came to $80.00, which I feel is quite reasonable. Deb arrives every two weeks, right on time, with her crew, which can range from two to four people total. They spend less than two hours to clean my entire house, but clean it they do. They have a checklist which they follow, and each person on the team is responsible for doing his/her bit. Today, for instance, this is what they did: "Sweep all floored areas. Dust furniture, all horizontal ledges, lamps, knick-knacks, shelves, window sills, pictures. Wash inside window track, sliding/french doors and floors. Vacuum carpets and upholstery. Empty trash and recycle if needed. Wash woodwork. Bathroom: Scrub shower grout, sinks, toilets, tubs, countertops and floors. Dust bathroom knick-knacks, pictures, shelves. Shine all metal, mirrors and glass. wipe base. Kitchen: Wash countertops and all things on top of them, cabinets, stove, microwave. Scour sink and shine al chrome and stainless steel. Mop floor: And at the first of the month, clean the window blinds." They always leave my house looking like Sparkle City. I couldn't be happier with their work, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

It has gone very well. Immediate response to an initial request for an estimate. No delay getting on the schedule, and they are reliable, on time and delightful to work with.

Pleasant people. 2 workers Usually finished in about 2 hours. Very pleased with their work. Sadly for us they made a business decision not to come any further north than Marysville after about 6 months of cleaning. We miss them but understand their decision.

I may have the date wrong, but it was prior to Christmas. Three people came and cleaned everything to a fair thee well. Carpets, stairs, heating intake, dusting, vacuuming, baseboards, etc. They did a great job. They did it all and this led to a continuing agreement to come every two weeks. The first time was three people for about 5 hours and the next time was two people for about 2 hours. Very professional, $115 for additional visits. Loved the results.

I couldn't be happier with Bizzy Bee Housecleaning. The price was fair, they were on time and did a wonderful job. My house looks amazing. They were happy to add in the additional details that I was asking for.

We have been using them weekly for about a year. While every cleaning has not been perfect, overall they do a good job. They are kind and friendly to our very old dog. Additionally they are very responsive to any problems I have had with with service. When the floors were not adequately done once, they came back again the next day and got it right.

The first time clean was great! On time everything was done and done well. Future cleanings did not go as well. Laundry room was missed every time but one. The last 3 times they were here they were late by an hour or more or did not show because one of the cleaners got sick. We finally decided to let them go. They are very nice and responsive and what they did do they did well. The issue was that they kept missing things.

I am happy with the sevice I have rec'd. Bizzy Bee recently did an update to their approach on cleaning the home and communicating with me on target areas they will touch and when. I am very happy with this enhancement as well.

The Bizzy Bee Team does a great job cleaning our hardwood floors every two weeks. When we come home the floors are sparkling, the house smells clean, the rugs are vacuumed and my back doesn't hurt! They are always friendly, with positive attitudes and do an excellent job. Our Labs love them too!

We love them! They do a great job cleaning up our mess (esp. the floors, which I absolutely HATE doing) and even made friends with our big fraidy-cat dog. She gets all happy and wiggly now when she sees Chris. Very professional and thorough.

They did everything from top to bottom. Light fixtures, blinds, intake vents, ceiling fans, window sills, baseboards - all the areas I don't do every time I clean. They did a thorough scrubbing of the bathrooms (3) and kitchen. They were very well done. I have dogs and cats and my floors all needed a very good scrubbing. They also removed every item on a large wall of shelves, dusting each item and the shelves. What was amazing is that everything was put back so close to its usual position I wouldn't have known the shelves had been done, except I saw them physically doing them. I've used several other cleaning companies over the last several years. Bizzy Bee is a fair distance above the others. What I loved is the separate visit made by the owner to understand my needs, provide me an estimate, and schedule the cleaning. It was a chance to communicate my expectations and to discuss some of their methods, and choices of cleaning products. I am very happy with their work and will use them for regular cleaning.

Debbie the owner was out the week before and provided an estimate. She was on time, friendly and professional. We went though the whole house and she told me exactly what they were going to do. She provided me with the 1st time fee which was 225.00 and bi weekly will be 150.00. We have a 3100 sf home. On July 22nd Debbie and Sydney showed up exactly on time. They were both very friendly and got straight to work. I left the house about and hour after they got here. When I came home later that evening I inspected the house, everything looked great and I am very picky. The main thing I asked is that I did not have to redecorate my house after they had cleaned. I did not have to put much of anything back in its place they did a great job! Debbie left me a note letting me know what they had done and left me her card and number. She also asked to please let her know if they had missed anything so they could be sure to get it the next time. Nothing was missed they really did a wonderful job. I am so happy to "Finally" find someone to clean that does it all and I don't have to go back and hit missed things. This is only the 1st cleaning but I am hopeful that future cleanings will go just as well and we will be using Bizzy Bee cleaning for along time!

Debbie, her husband Kris and Crew have been cleaning our 2,900 sf home since May 2012 and we couldn't be happier with their service and professionalism. The added bonus is they are geniunely nice people. We have busy professional lives so when we are off we prefer not to spend it cleaning our home. Bizzy Bee gives us that time by doing a wonderful job. We've been very appreciative of their willingness to work with us when we've had to change, cancel or add scheduled appointments. We do try to respect their business and give as much notice as possible, but sometimes it's not possible. Obviously trust is a huge factor since someone is coming into your home while you are gone. This has never been a concern. We would also note they are very responsive when we've called or had questions. We would recommend Bizzy Bee to anyone who wants great service and courteous staff you can trust.

Debbie (and her team) has been cleaning our home for many years now. She is cheerful, listens carefully to your concerns, and does an amazing job of cleaning, because doing a great job really matters to her. AND she knows how to do it!!! We've had other services, and no one even begins to compare to the thorough and careful job she does. Book her! Book her! Book her! You will have made a great decision!

They came the first time, made out an individualized plan to meet our needs and the requirements of our house. They've been coming back every two weeks since then. We are highly satisfied customers!

The team of two arrived a bit early, brought in their equipment and we discussed where the vacuum cleaner was. I also gave them the toilet bowl cleaner we usually use. Then they started cleaning and finished about 2 hours later.

We have a 2 story house with 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 baths. Debbie began cleaning our house every other week about 5 months ago. We have been very happy with the level of service provided. Prior to our first visit, she walked the house and clearly explained the types of products she would use on the house and verified the type of service we wanted.

After an initial walk through to evaluate what was needed, 3 competent workers did an excellent job. The entire area was vacuumed, washed and dusted. Very impressed with competency and professionism. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

'BIzzy Bee started cleaning our house about a month ago and we have been absolutely thrilled with their service! After the initial cleaning my husband and I walked around the house exchanging "wow's!"
