Dear [member name removed], As I had mentioned on the phone, I apologize for not being able to meet your needs and yes, we do have an employee leaving this week and we are three to four weeks out from taking on new households. I also gave you the option of me coming to give you an estimate and getting you on our waiting list as several other Angie's List members have done, you declined. This is a small personalized company of 5 cleaning 35+ homes a week and do not have the capacity to take on new homes and provide the quality service we give to homeowners. We have interviews set up to be able to take on more homes and decrease the wait time to do an initial clean. As for punctuality, I phoned you the day after receiving your call to let you know of our situation. Again my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
