We have purchased over 6 homes in the past and he has inspected the last 2 of these, so we have something to compare him to. He is extremely thorough, knowledgable and professional, gets his report to you on time and does a fantastic job with the report itself. We just can't say enough about him. Description of Work: Warranty was running out, so I called a few places - all charged the same, but the representative on the phone recommended him so highly that I went with them. He came, was human, professional, nice, friendly and chatty, but not too much. He did a THOROUGH job, and found a few things wrong which I was then able to go to the builder about, and saved me tons of money - and gave great service and recommendations.

+ -1 moreMike Miller did a very thorough inspection and took the time to answer any and every question we had. Following his visual examination of all the systems and areas, he showed us those areas that needed attention and explained how to best care for the house. He left us with a terrific ''Property Inspection Report and Related Information'' 3-ring binder which included a homeowner's handbook (160 pages of invaluable reference). Less than 24 hours after the inspection, Mike emailed his findings which he also mailed to us. Mike is terrific and worth every penny. We would absolutely use All Sound Inspection again without hesitation.
Description of Work: Roof to crawl space pre-purchase inspection on a new home. A thorough examination of the home's exterior, roof, attic space, crawl space, plumbing and electrical systems, heating and water systems, interior areas and appliances was performed. Even though this is new construction and built by one of the top builders, several areas of concern were discovered that we, most definitely, would not have found on our own during a walk-through. These included holes in the heating duct work in the crawl space, inadequately supported and loose drain and waste piping, loose strapping of ducts, an inadequate number of ridge vents and a damaged electrical receptacle.

+ -1 moreALL SOUND INPECTIONS RECOGNIZED THAT THIS WAS OUR FIRST HOME AND WERE EXTRA THOROUGH AND WERE VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING EACH DETAIL NOTED IN THE INSPECTION. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE RENDERED THAT I HAVE RECOMMNEDED ALL SOUND INSPECTIONS TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS WHO HAVE USED THEM AND HAVE COME TO THE SAME CONCLUSION. IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT - GO TO ALL SOUND INSPECTIONS FOR YOUR HOME INSPECTION.
