They did a terrible job. They installed the water heater, but it was not properly installed because they left a leak in it. I am calling them to come and fix this problem, but they are never calling me back. They are not even showing up to try to fix the problem. I absolutely don't recommend this company, they provided a very bad service.

We called them and they came out the next day, installed the water heater, and called that night to make sure all was fine-just like the other reports. 2 days later, I noticed a puddle, then found a small leak in the pipe connecting the water heater. I called them to fix it - no call back. Called again - they scheduled but did not show up. No call back. 3rd time they had "lost their call list" but would come out the next day, but didn't show or call. This went on for 4 months, so I finally called a plumber to fix it. He said it needed strapping and an expansion tank to meet code. He also said the leak was from wrenching the pipe during installation. The plumber said we should seek reimbursement for such basic installation errors. And All Seasons said they would provide furnace air filters, but haven't heard on that either. I don't hold any hope of getting help if I need warranty repairs, and I'm out and extra $350 for a plumber svc. call to fix the leak and get it to code.

They were very professional, called to confirm appointment, and even did a follow on the phone the next day to check in and see how the unit was performing. They were very knowledgeable and had good pricing.

THE TWO MEN ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THIS WAS A BIG JOB TO CHANGE BOTH THE WATER AND GAS PIPES GOING INTO THE WATER HEATER. ALSO HAD TO INCREASE THE EXHAUST PIPE TO OUTSIDE. THEY DID THIS WITHOUT MAKING A HUGE MESS. THEY CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS TO MY SATISFACTION. VERY GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS.
