My son needed a new muffler for his car. The existing muffler was a custom/welded job, not the original equipment. A few places I went to for an estimate didn?t even want to touch it. I was quoted between 350.00 and 675.00 for the job from the following merchants: Goodyear Midas Meineke Pep Boys Also, I was told by three of the above merchants that the car would be needed for the entire day. Courtesy Automotive in Monroe sent me to Airport Welding and Muffler. The initial quote? 192.00. They got me in the next day, although I know they would have got me in immediately had I been able to wait. 145.00 was what I paid when the job was done. Waiting time 40 minutes. I took welding in high school and welded off and on as a hobby in my younger years before I took up information technology as a vocation. The welding job they did is top notch. These folks are a heck of a find. If you need work done on your exhaust system, a new muffler, or any type of welding whatsoever, don?t even waste your time getting estimates and quotes from anyone else. They gave great advice, they didn't try to over sell me, they included painting for free. They could not have been more kind or nice to work with. I have two more carts that I will be taking to them.

They were able to do the same day when we took it in for an estimate, it was a wonderful price and they were very honest about what it needed and what it didn't need. They are good, honest and easy to work with company.

The experience was great. They were able to fix our problem in about a day. When we re-attached the hitch to our car, we noticed it was a little crooked. We took it back, and they straighted it out a lot more. I still thought it was a little crooked, and was wondering about it. The guy who did the work explained to me that we had bent quite a bit of the hitch. He showed me why various aspects of the hitch would never be quite true. He then offered to refund my money if I wasn't perfectly happy with the result. Given a better understanding of the challenges faced with the repair, I thought he did a great job and was happy to pay.

THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING AS THE PROBLEM WITH THE CROSSMEMBER WAS DISCOVERED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS BEING ALIGNED AT ANOTHER SHOP. THEY TOOK ME RIGHT IN AND DID THE JOB SO I COULD RETURN AND FINISH THE ALIGNMENT THE SAME DAY. WHILE WELDING, THE WELDER NOTICED A BROKEN CLAMP AND HANGER ON THE TAIL PIPE AND SHOWED IT TO ME BEFORE REPLACING IT.
