Teri Allen did more for me in her first 24 hours than my original real estate agent did for me in 3 months. My original agent had her own agenda and kept trying to convince me to buy in areas that I did not want and for more than I wanted to spend. When I located a place (on my own) that I was interested in, the sellers agent kept telling me the price was really good and I shouldn't try to make a lower offer. My opinion of Real Estate Agents was not good at this point and I was ready to pull myself out of the home buying market. A trusted friend kept telling me to call Teri. I explained my situation to Teri and 24 hours later she had already ran several reports on the property, spoken to neighbors in the area, looked at the property, and had several offers ready to review and sign. Teri's attitude was so amazing that I was once again excited about buying a new home! We placed an offer that night. Throughout the rest of the process Teri always made herself available to me. She kept me informed of everything that was going on and she was there when I signed the final paperwork. She was even there afterwards when I discovered the previous owners had left some of their belongings. The previous owners no longer live in this state and their movers had forgotten a storage area. Teri went out of her way to contact the sellers agent and they were able to remove their belongings before I moved in. Teri singlehandedly renewed my trust in Real Estate Agents. I recommend Teri Allen to anybody who needs a Great Real Estate Agent!
