They had allowed several hours for the moss removal but were able to peel it off in about an hour. Nice job but given the estimate was for several hours I'd have appreciated some kind of price reduction. The **** *** on the steel roof was fine but left a lot of residue. Next time I'll be sure they brush the loose residue off. As it is the new needle harvest will build up on the residue.

Technician was very courteous indeed. I did not inspect the job when he was there, as asked, as I think a good job needs no inspection. Later when looking in it I can see that details were spotty and messes were left behind for me to clean. That's not what expect from a highly rated firm. I had similar work done in Portland by a group called St. Mary's and their work was simply outstanding - no detail missed, no clean up required. They cleaned and washed, wiped down all screens, cleaned all sills, etc. The price listed is for window cleaning and gutter face washing.

Great job. Anthony was punctual, efficient, professional and paid great attention to detail. The house looks great!

It went well. The work was performed on time, quickly. It wasn't even as loud as I was expecting. Also, we put some scheduling pressure on them at a busy time (for our own unimportant reasons) but they worked with us and fit us in. Good stuff.

If we completed this evaluation based on the first time we used the service, the ratings would be different. We have contracted with Johnny three times. Each experience is less and less professional. The first year was a delight. Last year, his technician was sick at the last minute and had to reschedule. This is understandable. However, this year the tech became sick again on the scheduled day but we were not notified until an hour after the scheduled timeframe. Johnny left a garbled voice mail and then did not respond to a call back. He sent an e-mail asking to reschedule. While it was tempting to cancel as someone waited for them for two hours, we rescheduled. The work was completed on the second appointment. However, landscaping was disturbed and not put back in place. It is doubtful that we will use them again.

The initial estimate for the roof treatment for moss growing on the roof's asphalt shingles was $850. But once the Johnny Tsunami crew of Jerrod and Isiah was on the roof, they discovered that the moss situation wasn't nearly as bad as was assumed for the initial bid price. They knocked the price of the roof treatment down to $400 on the spot as that was a more appropriate price for the treatment that was needed. Bottom line: these people are honest. Since my house is 3-story with a relatively flat roof, I was clueless as to the actual moss situation up there. They could have easily charged me the full initial estimate price for a lesser job and I wouldn't have known the difference. Needless to say, I was impressed. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan because I now trust Johnny Tsunami. In addition, the crew did a great job cleaning the windows. They went over several spots that my wife and I thought needed extra work with no complaint. The crew was professional and efficient. I was quite please and I would recommend Johnny Tsunami any time. I plan to use their services for years to come.

It did not go well. Although he cleaned the gutters and spot treat roof, he left some downspouts clogged, one downspout was left detached from the gutter, debris was not cleaned up. I attempted to contact him, but he did not respond.

Not well. The first team was three hours late for an afternon appointment....no call to say they would be late or when to expect them. The team worked for about three hours but was unable to complete the job before they left without any word on when the would be back. They also left debris around the house including on my patio, walk areas and patio furniture, home owner cleaned these up. Same two person team returned two days later with no notice, again late afternoon. As darkness approached they got off the roof and spent maybe ten minutes using a blower to blow debris away from around the house. They left immediately without talking to us. I again went out and cleaned up the debris they missed on my patios and walks around the house, which included debris blown against the house siding in several places. I took photos of the job to document debris still around the house and to show where roof treatment was not applied. Then contacted the business owner, who came out the next day...but without notice. The owner finished the roof cleaning, blew out the gutters, added roof treatment where the prior team failed, and cleaned up around the house. The business owner (Johnny)was polite and apologetic. Explained one of the prior team members was new and that an invoice will be mailed to me. I received the invoice two months later at the original bid amount, plus tax, no credit of any kind for the cleanup I did, or for the inconvenience of having teams take three trips to do a job that should have taken no more than a day for a two person crew. I called to pay with credit card but was told that involve a 3% transaction fee. I declined and mailed in a check. I felt that was the ultimate customer insult. I like to use local small businesses, but it's getting harder and harder to find quality teams that are timely, thorough, and reasonable. My search will continue.
