This company has horrible customer service. If you decide to rent with them, please send all communications via email to protect yourself. Also, don’t expect to receive your deposit back, as you will be over charged during move out. I recommend you stay away and go with a more reputable company and save yourself the hassle.

We paid for the downstair's utilities for 2 years without being told we were on the same system. Furthermore, 10 different relatives were in and out of that apartment. It was extremely stressful to come home and find strangers in our garage or hanging around outside. We definitely left the place a great deal cleaner than when we moved in and yet they charged us $300 for cleaning. When we moved in there was hair in the bathroom doors, a syringe in the fridge and the oven was dirty. All of things were cleaned by us before we left. The management company was hostile, difficult to contact, and rude.

I was so impressed with them that I signed up that day to have them manage my property in Bremerton. I had read the reviews left by people on a variety of sites. They're very thorough and I would highly recommend them. They even gave me a play-by-play for a walk-through on every maintenance request or issue. They're going above and beyond for their customers and it really shows.

Good Property Management was willing to rent to me even with less than perfect credit after hearing my story. They don't always return my calls.

Lee gave us excellent service, in a timely manner, and at a reasonable cost. We will seek out her services as we continue to build our income property portfolio.
