+ 1 moreContractor (Clay Bononmi) tried to re-negotiate the agreed upon work (2/23/22 signed proposal/contract) on the day of services 5/25/22; even though a site visit was conducted four days prior to confirm ground was adequately dry and no mention/discussion of price increases. After questioning the suggested cost increase the contractor decided to breach/terminate contract.
Description of Work: mowing vegitaton/brush, dredge pond, and rake underbrush
