+ -1 moreThe install went well but the pump was defective and did not pump the hot water around. We contacted Silvana Plumbing and they had to order a new pump, it was installed yesterday and works well. We are very satisfied with Silvana Plumbing!

+ -1 moredid not find the leak the first time out. due to it being a hot water line,we thought it was condensation that was causing the wetness.found the hole the second time out.
Description of Work: replaced a leaking pipe that had a pinhole leak.

+ -1 morethey did a great job and left leaving things better than before they came....silvana plumbing has been in business for over 40 years........that speaks volumes for what type of business they run....furthermore I would like to a comment regarding the BBB......that is a crooked business that was exposed on 60 minutes years ago....if you do not join their little club at about $600.00 a pop......they give you a bad F rating........and if you do join they give you and A+....true story.....nothing to do with good business practices.....I call them the "Better Business B*******" club

+ -1 moreTim came out promptly the same day we called. He showed up on time, repairs went smoothly and he charged a fair price. We will definitely call him again.
Description of Work: The septic line was backed-up. Tim located the septic tank and cleaned out septic baffle. The shower valve would not turn off. He replaced posi-temp cartridge in shower.
