Although it took two trips to our home to fix the problem, they were timely and professional despite the harsh snow conditions on the roads.

Owner was very responsive for such a small job. Crew was available quickly, arrived when promised, courteous and professional. Asked me about other current or upcoming jobs but weren't pushy. This was a good experience. The value/money rating is because I always have trouble with cost, but contractor wasn't out of line.

Rich the salesperson called almost as soon as I pushed "submit" on the website. We booked my appt in minutes! I'm moving, so speed was as critical as value. The electrician, Jonathan W (his handwriting is worse than mine), showed up on time, was courteous, professional and listened to what I wanted to accomplish with the repair. He was also very tidy and cleaned as he went along. Jonathan showed me the pieces that were broken so I could see some of the damaged pieces. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly and quickly this entire experience went. I will definitely use them again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Received a call promptly from the company and they were able to fit me into their schedule the next morning. Josh came out and did a brief but thorough inquiry into our needs and did a great job explaining our options for outdoor flood lamps and even installed a doorbell. The work was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. Would hire again.

Very fast

Josh was polite, efficient and left me with working fans and a clean work area. I have not hired an electrician in years so I was surprised by the cost but am delighted with the work. I thought the $69 come out fee would have been waived since I hired them which is why I took off 1/2 star - however outstanding work!!

The electricians were very polite, professional, and friendly, and did a good job explaining what needed to be done. The only small quibble I had was that they were slightly later (30 minutes) than the time I was told that they would be there. I'm very satisfied with their work though, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Great service and personable, but pricey for a electrical light fault investigation, especially the $69 to just ask you a few questions.
