These guys know their stuff. They were prompt and professional. I have nothing bad to say about this company except they are a bit expensive, however they are very knowledgeable.

I thought it was great. The tech called ahead, showed up on time, did rational debugging of the problem and proposed a strong solution to my problem - a non-functional outside outlet inside my sump. I am comfortable with the work. It wasn't cheap, but I'm not convinced it would have been a lot cheaper with someone else and I didn't know enough to do the work myself.

The reason why the overhead lights were not working was unknown, but Wire Craft was able to solve the problem quickly.

I was disappointed that the workmen did not clean up after themselves. I was especially not pleased to see dried bug shells in and around the bathroom sink. Old fixtures were taken down and new ones replaced. I thought the cost was rather high for replacing fixtures.

Why?

Electrician called me before hand to ask if he could come earlier! When was the last time that happened to you? Anyhow, he was very knowledgable and answered all my questions and we bounced ideas back and forth and decided and I ended up with everything I needed completed and as well as some other smaller projects that needed to be addressed. Price seemed a bit steep but it was all flat pricing but I don't mind paying for quality work.

While the technician was very competent, he reeked of smoke and talked too much. After the problem was diagnosed and I agreed to pay the fees associated with fixing the problem, I was still charged the $69 service fee to come to the house. When I agreed to pay for the service, my expectation was that the service fee would have been waived, but it was not.

Richard was very respectful and on time!! He was efficient and competent. He did the work completely and left the area clean. I will call him in the future.

Josh was prompt and exactly on time. He gave a choice of switches and installed one. Also checked the electrical panel as part of the service call. He was professional, efficient and pleasant. Will call him in the future.

Electricity went out in one-half of a 52-year-old home I recently purchased. What was hoped to be a rather straight forward project turned out to be quite complcated with a number of "re-models" to contend with, as well as an "ancient" panel box. The project required three visits to my home -- one, unbelievably, on an early Sunday morning (for which I will always be grateful). The technician was knowledgable, pleasant, determined, and ultimately successful. My lights and outlets work throughout the house and have for several days. I feel considerably safer and up-to-date and plan to call this company should I ever experience electrical problems again. BTW, I had signed up for their Savings and Safety Plan on the first visit which provides discounts on future visits as well as waiving the service fee. I am only rating the work quality and value for money questions with a 4.5 because I would have wished it all could have been accomplished on the first visit. But the Customer Service was a definite 5++ and "all's well that ends well."
