Description of Work: I had two branches ffrom a locus tree hanging over my roof, after a few days of phone tag, Tree cycle came out and removed the offending branches while maintainng the integrity of a beautiful tree , and on last minute notice, took down an approximately 25'-30' BLue Spruce. they were quick, cleaned up as they went, respectful of the 'nick-nacks" in my yard and my fence - it was great job done in under 3 hours with just two workers. they removed a gate that was inoperable without damaging it and replaced it as if it had never been moved. Great team of arborists - they know thier trees and respect their beauty.

 + -1 moreI have a very old, large Cherry tree. Last year I asked Washington Tree Service to evaluate the health of the tree. They sent an arborist who recommended some pruning, but also noticed some activity of the Cherry Bark Tortrix. I like the job they did pruning and they are now doing regular annual spraying for the Cherry Bark Tortrix.
Description of Work: Washington Tree Service sprays my Cherry tree for Cherry Bark Tortrix each year. They also prune my trees.

 + -1 moreThey were on time and very quick getting the work done. The guys were nice and really friendly. I had hoped they would trim all the trees on the property, but the guys sent to do the actual work didn't seem to be aware that they were supposed to do anything but cut down the tree and trim the trees on the west side of the house. I should have been pushy, but I wasn't in the mood.
Description of Work: Cut down a tree in our front yard. Trimmed some trees around the house.

 + -1 moreThey were very safety-conscious and conscientious, being careful that the cut limbs did not harm our other plants and flowers. I was surprised about the element of danger entailed in this job, with the workers 30 feet up using chainsaws, for 4 hours. I had great communications with the company and the workers were very punctual. I felt it was done at a great price, considering how many hours they were actually up the trees with the chainsaws.
Description of Work: At the recommendation of my neighbor, I hired Washington Tree Service to prune 2 very large trees with limbs bigger than regular trees.

 + -1 moreThey used a new product that killed my trees. All of the leaves fell off the tree. They were able to make it up to me by giving me a year's worth of service for free. I have been happy with them in the past and I think that was nice of them, but I think they should not have tried the product on my trees. I pay them each time that they come.
Description of Work: They spray the hawthorn trees in the front of my home with fertilizer three times a year.
