Zak examined the problem and then gave his honest opinion that in our unique case, their rooftop walking surface solution would be much more expensive than an alternative repair. He directed us to an appropriate roofer instead. He said that although it would be a good size job for his company, he gave his frank opinion about what he would do as a homeowner. I appreciated Zak's honest opinion and I will absolutely call him again when we are looking for a deck on a new home.

They did a good job. They scrapped up the old surface and they found the base underneath it was not in good condition. So they put a pile wood and coated it some thing they use for waterproofing it. The manager was very professional and knowledgeable. The think i liked it they kept in contact through email and phone. They took the job seriously and finished it properly. They are probably little expense but they are very professional and do quality work.

Prompt bidding and service calls. The deck was done in a three step process and workers were efficient and cleaned up after their work. Surface of deck looks great and is uniform in the distribution of the grains and skid proof material. Color was close to the samples provided. Professional in their delivery and installation. I only got this one bid. The others I contacted were not able to perform the work in a timely manner. I cannot verify that this cost was competitive. I am considering the last minute request for the work, and that the weather was not cooperative.

Zak, at sound waterproofers provided exceptional service from start to finish. Initial consultation he offered recommendations and possibilities that at times would have excluded him from performing the work. He provided a quote, then came back out when I had more questions about it. He worked with me very patiently over months answering any questions I had. Finally, when the day came he worked closely with a contractor I had hired to finish the job in a timely manner.

I worked with Zak Taylor and his crew. They told me exactly what they were going to do and delivered it on budget. They were very neat and started work right away. The workers were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them and had a wonderful experience.

I called Dana Waterproofing. David Sommers called me back and came out and gave me an estimate. I signed the estimate and we scheduled the date to begin work. His workers did not show up. He was apologetic and professional when he called me the next week to reschedule. His workers showed up and completed the work on a date that we agreed upon while I was not there. When I returned home a few days later, the deck surface looked great! I was surprised that my front cement porch below the deck, and the flower boxes were filled with the particulate matter that coated our upper deck. It was loose particle, so could have been swept up, but I had to do that. Also, I would have appreciated that my flower beds been covered so that they were not filled with this stuff. There was also some deck coating that was on my iron railings too. I shared this with David, and he was courteous and professional and explained how to get the stuff off the railings. The deck looks great, I just wish the workers had been on time and a little more conscientious with our property. But overall, I'm really happy and I hope the new surface works great to keep the water leaking into our soffits of the ceiling below!

They never returned any of my phone calls, so there was no work done, no estimate, nothing.
