Horrible! Please save yourself from these scammers!!! The dispatcher quoted me a 19. Show up charge and 35. to pick the lock. The tech shows up late and says the charges are 50. Show up fee and 168. to pick the lock!!!! I told him no way that the dispatcher quoted me 19. & 35 plus she offer a 10% discount, so I said I would not pay more than that. He agrees to pick the lock for that then takes a wrench and breaks the whole door nob off. I could have done that myself and saved myself the hassle and $50 bucks. The guy was incredibly rude and I called the the office and asked them to call me back 3 times and never heard back. I will never use this company again and hope to save other homeowners from the hassle!!!
