Description of Work: The two professional sweeps cleaned out two chimneys, added chimney caps, cleaned the dryer vent, and added a vent cover on the outside dryer vent opening. They were professional, worked quickly, did a thorough job, and provided me with clear images in a slide presentation of the insides of my chimneys so that I could see their condition and make a more informed decision about potential additional work down the road. Things went very smoothly.

[member name removed], I apologize that we did not list that we do not service "gas inserts". We do however service "gas log inserts". One is a complete fireplace manufactured to fit inside of an existing masonry fireplace, the other is just a set of logs placed in a functioning wood burning fireplace. We like to have our customers call or email in so we can make this distinction as most people aren't familiar with the difference between the two. Thanks for calling in and leaving us some feedback.
