+ -1 moreWe scheduled with NW Pro Kleen and John, the owner, was able to get us in quickly. He showed up on time and he was professional the entire time he was doing the job. He walked us through what he was doing and he made sure we were satisfied with each and every window. I cannot begin to explain how clean our windows are. They are so clean it's like the window isn't even there and you can see right outside. I really like that with NW pro Kleen, the owner shows up and does the job. So, you are never talking with a receptionist on the phone or a day labor employee who shows up to wash the windows. The owner was there and he cared about our satisfaction.

+ 0 moreJohn was cordial, prices were fair, and he was thorough and cleaned up afterward extremely well. He also asked me to walk through everything to make sure it was all to my liking. He has an incredible work ethic and responds quickly when communicating via phone.
