FRANKLIN | architecture

My beautiful Franklin-designed deck is under construction now. The cedar and cable-rail creation will bring a sophisticated, functional and contemporary outdoor living space to my midcentury rambler. While this is a small job for an architect, Bill Franklin never treated me as a small client. He was courteous, extremely generous with his time, answered every question and thought up creative options to meet my budget. My builder says Bill's drawings are remarkably clear, and Bill has been on site to look in on things and confer almost every day of construction. I have referred FRANKLIN | Architecture without hesitation to others, and at least one of my friends has now also worked successfully with the firm. Cost noted above is for the full project including materials and construction. The architect's fees were extremely reasonable, delivering value far exceeding the amount charged.

Bill made the entire process easy for me. I was initially uncertain if I needed an architect but once I saw the drawings/plan for the exterior remodel I knew it was money well spent. The curb appeal of my house has improved dramatically and so has the value. Much more than if I would have utilized a contractor exclusively.
