Accutint NW

I had made an appointment with Accutint about 1 week prior to the service. I brought the truck in at the designated time. Gregg carefully went over the truck with me before the service and explained what the full detailing entailed. I was impressed with his courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail. He then offered to drive me home, which was great since I had planned to walk the mile and a half. About an hour or so later I received a phone call asking me if I was going to bring the truck in. I had taken the truck to the wrong location! I explained the mix-up to the other location and apologized profusely. Gregg had managed to squeeze me in even though I didn't have an actual appointment. Full detailing takes upwards of 7 hours to complete. And the job they did was fantastic, I could completely see my reflection in the black paint when done. My husband was delighted with the surprise. I would definitely use Accutint Northwest again! Thanks Gregg!
