+ 0 moreEli left me high and dry on a July paint job that I contracted him for in March. After booking him four months in advance, he told me he was dropping my job eleven days before he was supposed to start, and he did it with a two-sentence email that didn't even say "I'm sorry". He followed with a handful of even less professional emails where he sort of...emailed me comebacks as he thought of them? With emojis. Yikes! He claimed he was cancelling my paint job because of the weather...but as the rainy days continued it was pretty obvious that my interior job would have been a good option. In the past, I hired him to paint two homes and it went fine. None of that seemed to matter when he chose to drop my job three weeks before my house was supposed to be listed for sale. I'm not sure what's going on with this guy, but I will never work with him again.
