Update. Nothing done!!! Have to pay to have redone. This company did our concrete so we hired them to do house leveling. Our house was worse after the repair. They came out to fix their work and made it worse. This was a project they did not know how to do. When we called them they referred us to their lawyer. We are out money and have to pay more for the damage they did.

Sam helped me complete several items on a new manufactured home installation. We backfilled trenches, put in drainage lines and a dry well for my downspouts, and backfilled and graded around the perimeter of the home. Sam is a hard worker and has a "get-it-done" attitude. SJC redid our front yard, tearing out all the old landscaping, a tree, lots and lots of rock, they regraded the whole front and side yard and installed premium topsoil and seeded the yard. We now have inches of grass and clover growing! They also regraded the end of our driveway, which had become washed out. Great service! Respectful and fair!
